Any help and suggestions would be very fine. I am going up against almost every army in a league at my local store and IG seem very popular so I chose a list that was highly mobile and can take advantage of almost situation and opening I have in the battle to full potential.

Hmmm Deathwing...or...Grimmnar's Wolf Guard Termies...I think I'll be depressed rather then Barbaric. Deathwing!

I must say, a very interesting list.

Personally I think you are running very short on close combat ability however, you don't really have the shooting required to destroy opponents outright, I think some powerfists/ weapons spread out would give you a big boost. Drop pods get close in and personal, which means, if your opponent focuses on shooting, they will have ample opportunity to get something into your squads and rip them up.

Hmmm perhaps drop the 2 rhinos on the 10 man squads and split them up into combat squads so the heavy weapons can stay put while the mobile close range squad moves up on foot with other the other 2 rhinos then use the points for some power fists

These 2 squads are illegal as it stands, as you need a 10 man tac squad to get special weapons in (although they could be replaced with combi plasmas on the sergeants at the same points cost). Also, consider some powerfists for your sergeants as they add lots of close combat goodness against tough things and vehicles (particularly if they're close enough to Pedro to pick up the extra attack). Maybe look at getting some meltas into your tac squads too, as they don't look to have any real anti vehicle as it stands. Anyways, just some ideas.

This list is, imo, totally uncompetative - but it's easily fixable.

I wouldn't bother with the honour guard myself - I'd use Pedro to keep a squad of Sternguard protected in CC. It also means you can drop the drop pod.

    Chapter Master- 170 Points
    - Relic Blade
    - Artificer Armor
He's not at all needed. You already have one in your army, in the form of Pedro!

OK you've got long ranged weapons in here, but you're putting them all in a Rhino... swap it for a Razorback, and add power fists to both squads.

Both illegal, and plasmaguns are a liability anyway. Drop both of these squads, you don't need them.

    Sternguard Veterans- 185 Points
    - 5 Combi Meltas
    - Drop Pod

Using the points saved from the 5man tactical squads, bump these up to 10 men each. Stick a few combi/heavy flamers in there too in case of hordes. You can choose to split them into combat squads on landing, so you'll still have the same number of scoring units - only they'll be harder, and legal.

    Ironclad Dreadnought- 170 Points
    - Drop Pod
Using the spare points, get two Vindicators, three Whirlwinds or another 2 ironclads in pods.
