My friend is coming to play me on Wednesday and quite frankly, I need a quick overview of my list to make sure it is suitable/balanced. We will be playing on a 6X4 with slightly less terrain than it should have and/or the 4X4 boards in GW. My friend plays an Ork mob list, yet he is currently transferring it over to a Speed Freakz/mech heay list and knows his codex very well. He also plays a gunline Eldar army, including 1-2 squads of dark reapers; Eldrad, a combat unit (and a bit of mech); wraithlord and so on. He is not a power gamer but does play competitively and none of our gaming group believe in lessening your list.
Anyway, heres the list:
Ortan Cassius (with assualt terminators)
10 Tactical Marines, flamer, plasma cannon, power fist,
10 Tactical Marines, meltagun, plasma cannon, power fist,
10 Tactical Marines, meltagun, plasma cannon, powerf fist,
10 Sternguard, 2 combi-flamers, 3 combi-meltas, power fist,
5 Assualt Termiators, 2TH+SS, 3LC
-Landraider, multimelta, extra armour
2 Attack bikes, multimeltas
Predator, autocannon, heavy Bolter Sponsons
I don't like the 600pt assualt unit but unfortunately I don't have the models for anything else really and I guess it adds AT and is fast (20" charge range, whoop!). Strenguard are in a drop pod because I don't have a razorback/rhino for them. Against the orks I'll drop it empty(gunline) but it could e helpful against the Eldar. Heavy Support is just to blast holes in boyz and aspect warriors. Attack bikes and troops self-explanatory.
Now unfortunately, I bought my models on what looked the hardest and so have a very bad selection to choose from. However, I would really appreciate any advice as
a). I can run the closest unit to the suggestion I own
b). A future list
Thanks again guys.

Yes! Someone else who uses Cassius! I thought I was alone in my Cassius love.
Any who, the list looks like it shouldn't do to bad against those pesky Orks and Eldar.
The Wolf time is upon us!
Rep for the Rep God! Positive for the Positive Throne!
Armies: Space Wolves, Imperial Guard, Emperors Children, Necrons, Eldar
Sounds like a solid list, but I don't see the point of 2 Tactical Meltaguns. I would swap one of those for a flamer, as there is only so many tanks to bust.
Apart from that you should do quite well, Eldar are squishy and aren't great so Vindis = SUCCESS!! The land raider will probably draw a lot of fire so you will probably want to have the first turn.
Hope it goes to plan!
Space Marines: 4,000pts - 7/7/2
Imperial Guard: Under Construction...
I would like to point out that tactical squads in rhinos are probably going to get eaten by his eldar and I would put them in drop pods so can get close to his reapers without your vehicles getting blown up and then you dieing to reapers.
Ye Old Necrons (R.I.P.) (7000pts) W52 D5 L9
New Crons!!! (5000pts) W1 D1 L1
Blood Angels (2500pts) W4 D0 L1
good idea, I'll put the one rhino and one razorback squad in a drop pod. However I'll keep one razorback
a) more guns against orks
b) odd number of drop pods rule
c) so I have some mobility with my scoring units.
