    1750 pt Crimson fist Army

    g'day. i made this new list. just after some ppl to pick holes through it so i can make it better.

    kantor -175pts
    sternguard x 10 - 320pts
    PW, x2 heavy flamers, drop pod.

    sternguard x 10 - 300pts
    x2 rocket launchers
    razorback, twin las

    sternguard x 10 - 300pts
    x2 rocket launchers
    razorback, twin las

    scout x 5 - 135pts
    sgt telion, rocket launcher, x3 snipers.

    scout x 5 - 78pts
    x5 combat blades, camo cloak.
    land speeder storm - 50pts

    pred - 130pts
    twin las turret, heavy bolter sides

    pred - 130pts
    twin las turret, heavy bolter sides

    pred - 130pts
    twin las turret, heavy bolter sides

    my plan was
    *infiltrate scouts to hold points
    * drop kantor with sqd of sternguard behind enemy lines
    *use rockets to either shoot tanks or troops
    * use pred to tank hunt or big creatures.
    *bring up the razor backs to support scouts.

    Scouts need to all have cloaks - the cost listed is for each, rather than all 5.

    Las turrets and HB sponsons on preds are the worst combination - both guns are for different types of target. Swap the lascannons for autocannons, and if you REALLY want them for anti-tank swap the sponsons up to lascannon but otherwise leave them as heavy bolters. Or even better drop them totally and get vindicators instead.

    Drop the missile launchers on the sternguard, and replace them with combimelta/flamers. The only weapon swap that's worth it other than combi weapons is a heavy flamer, as it's assault rather than heavy so you can still move and fire (and it'll roast an infantry unit nicely)

    Drop the lascannons on the razorbacks, as it'll make them too much of a target - meaning your SG will have to walk it. Consider swapping both the RBs for pods.

    Then spend the rest of your points on more combiweapons for the sternguard.
