I'd loose the Extra Armour on the Predator. It doesn't really serve you any purpose and it's a pricey upgrade. Loosing it would give you the points for a Melta gun in the 1st Tac squad or maybe a Powerweapon/Lightning claw on one of the sergeants.
Personally I think that the HQ and Elite choices (albeit cool elements in any army) don't really belong in a 1,250 pt. army. I would take a cheap HQ and put regular Assault squads in there. Get rid of the Scout Squads and the Vindicator, they won't last long against Tau guns to make them of any use. You want units like Assault or biker squads that will be able to close with the enemy quickly or else the Tau will just shoot you to death.
The Vindicator range is to short in my opinion to make it worthwhile against the Tau.
I would also drop your squads to 6 man squads and give them Razorbacks instead.

Captain: Jump Pack + Power Fist
Dreadnought: Multi-Melta + Drop Pod
10xTac: Melta/Multi-Melta Power Sword + rhino
10xTac: Melta/Multi-Melta + rhino
5xScout: sniper + camo cloak (for MC's)
10xAssault: Flamer Melta bombs + Power sword
Predator: Autocannon/HB sponsons
Vindicator (Because demolisher cannons are fun)
Give this guy a Relic Blade. Striking at Init5 at str6 is just nasty. Maybe consider a Chaplin if this fella will be going with the Assault Marines. Re-rolls are handy.
Scouts. Agains't MC's these guys will only be doing 1.5 wounds(ish) and thats before armour so they're not brilliant. Scouts are cool though and are handy for objective grabbing.
I'd give the Sergeant a Powerfist rather than a Powerweapon. See if you can grab 2 Flamers as well.
