Death Company Tycho- 175
1 Sanguinary Priest w/
Jump Pack, Power Weapon, Melta Bomb- 95
5 Sanguinary Guard w/
Death Masks, Chapter Banner, Power Fist- 265
8 Assault Squad w/
2 Melta Guns, Power Weapon, Melta Bomb, Combat Shield- 199
7 Death Company w/
2 Hand Flamersl in a LR Redeemer w/ Multi-Melta- 405
Death Company Dreadnought w/
Blood Talons and Magna-Grapple- 140
Stormraven Gunship w/
Hurricane Sponsons and Locator Beacon- 245
Asteroth with the Sanguine Guard and the Death Company Dreadnought will start on the table inside of the Stormraven, while Tycho and the Death company will Deepstrike inside of the Redeemer using the Locator Beacon on the Stormraven.
The Assault squad with the Sanguine Priest will start on table and anally penetrate any infiltrators/ charge the nearest possible vehicle and blow it up, while the Stormraven uses its Bloodstrike Missiles to destroy vehicles and rains down fire with its hurricane and heavy bolters, and its assault cannon.
The turn after the LR comes on the table all 3 squads will disembark, and both the Stormraven and the Redeemer being assualt vehicles they will utterly BF squads nearby.

Firstly, only one scoring unit? If that dies it's gg in 2/3 of missions and whos to say your opponent doesn't have any surprises to own said squad.
Also if your stormraven goes down your whole plan goes to pot, and being the only vehicle on the table for anti tank to shoot at, and an armour value of 12, well need i say anymore?
Its too all your eggs in one basket imo.
Drop the death company and tycho and replace the DC dread with a furioso one, not sure what you'd personally want to spend the points on as i can't tell what your going for in this list really. This gives you a lot of free points to spend on more scoring units which this list is in desperate need of imo.
If you really want your death company in the list replace the LR redeemer for another stormraven and place them both in reserve, thats still a huge assault range for your death company, though i'd advise dropping tycho for another dreadnaught to go in the second stormraven, especially seeing he isn't an independant character.
I'm also unsure why you've taken astorath, his 3 or less red thirst ability seems completely wasted, and your not using his litergies of blood on the DC unit.
Perhaps also invest in a drop pod with a locater beacon for 45 points, incase the worst happens and you can't use the stormravens locator beacon.
Aye, what allabang said. 1 Scoring unit in a 1750pt game is asking for trouble. In most games you will struggle for a Draw and when/if you loose your 8 Assault Marines you'll be fighting that up hill struggle even harder.
Astorath is cool but there is no real need for him in this list. He's killy but expensive. A normal Reclusiarch would do just as much.
Tycho. This fella isn't an IC so he can't join a squad in a transport. Yes, it is very dumb but there you go!. Loose him and put the points else where.
Sanguinerary Guard: No sure why you've got Sang Guard in here..... They're Elites. Anyway they're very expensive and whilst killy suffer from being.....wel,l very expensive. I would ditch these guys for either another Assault Squad. More scoring bodies is what you need!
Assault Squad: First off, these boys can't have 2 Melta guns. It's one for every 5. Bump these guys up to 10 men and all your problems will be solved.
Death Company: A good distraction unit but i'd give these guys a Powerfist rather than the hand flamers. Otherwise you'll end up in combat with a walker or something and be bogged down for ever. It also means they can hurt vehicles which they might have to run after. As for the Deep Striking Land Raider, Another Storm Raven might be better. Or a Drop pod.
Give the Storm Raven a Multi Melta instead of the H-Bolters.
Is this a very competitive tourney? It seems to me like you've taken just about every shiny thing in the codex here. Also, 2 special characters will pretty much auto-bone you on comp scores if you're using those. Either way people will roll their eyes. Although I love the new models I don't see all this working together very well. Also, troops are important. With BA your troops are awesome too! Damn I love assualt squads as troops.
I would drop a special character, drop the Sanguinary Guard and put in either Assaulties in a razorback or Assaults with Jump packs and another priest. You'll have either a balanced list (more so then before) or a potentially lethal DoA alpha strike with FnP.
Just my opinion and I haven't played a game with these suckers yet so there you go.
I origionally had Dante instead of Asteroth and didn't adjust for the Sanguinary Guard not being troops any more, and the two special characters... well the tourneys that run at the store i play at almost everybody brings DICK lists, especially the two tau players. This is the other list I was thinking of running:
4 Death Company- 255
Jump Packs, Power Weapons, Power Fist, Drop Pod, Locator Beacon
5 Sanguine Guard- 265
Power Fist, Death Masks, Chapter Banner
8 Assault Squad- 189
Power Weapon, Combat Shield, Melta Bombs, Flamer
6 Assault Squad- 153
Power Weapon, Combat Shield, Melta Bombs, Flamer
DC Dreadnought- 140
Baal Predator- 155
Heavy Bolter Sponsons, Storm Bolter
Storm Raven- 245
Hurricane Bolters, Locator Beacon
I changed a bunch of stuff while i was putting the last list on line, and wasn't really paying attention to rules cuz i didnt have the codex out while i was changing it.
Dante and Sanguine guard Deepstrike.
Chaplain and DC in the Drop Pod.
6 man Assault Squad and DC Dread in the Stormraven

- Replace the Sanguinary Guard with Honour Guard. Cheaper, can still get the chapter banner and inferno pistols, and with an embedded Priest. Make the most of Dante's no-scatter to get three or more melta shots on the back armour of the vehicle of your choice.
- You have no priests! They're easily the best thing in the codex.
- The assault squad in the Stormraven will benefit more from being buffed to 10 men and removing their packs. You can then take a discounted drop pod with a locator beacon, allowing the SR to deep strike safely. Giving the SR a beacon is a waste; the stormraven is expensive and should be deep striking, and it can't benefit from its own locator beacon.
- The Baal is the only tank on the board. It will die.
- You've purchased jump packs for the Death Company and then given them a drop pod. You cannot legally do this; the unit cannot select a dedicated transport unless it gives up its jump packs.
- Drop the power weapons, combat shields and meltabombs on the assault squads and get power fists and meltaguns. Make them 10 men if possible.
Here's a shifted list. The DC are in the Stormraven with the Dread, the assault squads are deep striking with priests.
Dante - 225 points
Honour Guard w/ chapter banner, power fist, 1x meltagun, 1x inferno pistol - 245 points
2x Priest w/ jump pack - 150 points
2x 10-man Assault Squad - 470 points
10-man Death Company w/ power fist - 225 points
DC Dread - 125 points
Stormraven - 230 points
This still isn't ideal. I would drop the Honour Guard entirely, stick Dante with an assault squad then use the points to get a chaplain (cheap one) for the Death Company and a third assault squad. Those changes come up to 1760; it has full three assault squads, one deep striking with Dante, alongside an SR carrying death company, a dread and a chaplain. The entire army can deep strike if you want. That still isn't what I'd do in a tourney but it seems like the most efficient modification of the type of army you wanted to play.
