Librarian w/ Jump pack 125
4X 10 man Assault Squads 900
-Sgt w/ Power weapon
-2 Melta Guns per squad
3 Sanguinary Priests w/ Jump Packs 225
2 Furioso Dreads 320
3X Baal Preds 420
Heavy Flamer Sponsons
This is a simple list, or so it seems to me. The sanguinary priests and librarian (open to suggestions on which powers to take) would be attached to assault squads, and those would be combat squaded to have 8 units of them jumping around. The Baals would most likely outflank, and the dreds would drop in wherever looks to be annoying/useful when they arrive. My next game's against my most dreaded opponent who runs a fully mechanised (he owns 9 chimeras and 2 valks) guard list. Any thoughts or suggestions would be welcome.
It's actually not bad. I see some major issues though. First of all, you only have the Baals for swarms reliably. The Dreads might scatter so it's a bit hit and miss. You also lack the ability to take anything out that's big except melee. The Sarges should really have a TH or PF for this and vehicle duty.
The more I think about it, the less I like the Baals. It's gonna be hard to hit one target with both sponsons consistently. The Scout doesn't do you to much good either, I'd maybe go with Dakka Preds. Gives you some anti-armor which you need from range and better horde control, as well as other units.
It really comes down to how well you can hide your Assault Marines, it could backfire with TLoS. Imo, test this with Dakka Preds and see what happens, preferably against shooty armies.

Looking good. Consider Shield for one for one of the Powers. It'll help keep your Marines alive that little bit longer. Other than that Unleash rage is nasty for assault squads.
Not sure if you can take Frag Cannons and Talons on your Dreads, It says swap 'both' Fists for talons and swap a Blood 'fist' for a Frag Cannon. So I don't think you can do the Cannon & 1 Talon combo.
Looking fine. See if you can squeeaze the points for power fists though. You'll need the extra muscle against vehicles and big things.
Take Bolters of FLamers. It's unlikely that you'll be able to fire both at the same target.
