So any suggestions on the last 45 points would be grateful. His army will be running the whole first and possibly second turn to try and reach me in time.

GL in your game, hope I can help. Responses in redHQ:
Good HQ, on the low end of the points, good for getting other stuff in
4 Space Marines

Both these squads kind of confuse me a bit. You said you're playing Orks but you don't have any flamers? I'd suggest getting some, and you'll get some points back from the razorback.
I'd loose the storm bolter on it and at that point probably the extra armour too. You said that the orks don't have vehicle support? If thats the case then i'd strongly recommend you choose a different turret for the tank, probably go with the stock option of a heavy bolter. If you were to do all that, you could get two razorbacks stock for the price of this one, just an option. If anything, loose the storm bolter and get a flamer for the tactical squad.
4 models have power fists
Sergeant as power sword
All men have storm bolters
Darks Angels can never go without their trusty terminators. Good unit, should help fight the big meaner things in his army if he has any.
Solid dreadnought, again wondering about the Multi-melta if there's no vehicles. If you can do a counts as or whatever, i'd get an assault cannon on him, although the points may be getting close.

I have no idea what this list is trying to do. The Captain seems to be just there, I get the feeling you're running him just because you own the model. If using DA rules, the Chaplain is a way better fighter, gives him a Crozius and PF.
Why don't your Tacticals have any guns? Throw in a HW and Special Weapon, even if it's just the free ones. If you combat squad to fit in a Razorback, go with a Melta and leave a ML behind. Also, Sarges need PFs if there's anyway you can fit them in.
Razorback doesn't need a SBolter.
What is a bare bones Termie Squad going to accomplish? Run them with an Assault Cannon or not at all because they'll drop in and do nothing for another turn as is.
The Dreadnought is fine although he'd be better off in a Drop Pod or a longer ranged gun.

ok well i forgot to post that the tact squads have missle launchers and flamers, and im gonna put heavy bolters on the razorback, and yes i want to get a chaplain, but i dont have the money as of now to go get it, battle will be at 5 hopefully ill be on around 7 or 8 to post winner.
well thanks for the advice and the heavy bolter really helped out in my win against them nasty orks, he didnt even see it coming! Well it was fun and my flamer was really nice in range but not cc, new record! 8-2-1
