I made some changes to my list based off a suggestion on another board, and since then it hasn't had any more views or responses. So I came here for any new ideas before tomorrow.

I don't think astorath is really adding much to your list. He is cool, but I don't think your list can afford 470pts in HQs. I think you would be better off by taking a furioso in a pod. Or my personal favorite a furioso librarian with Might and Wings.
Dropping Astorath and a couple of other points would make that tactical squad in a LRC pretty awesome, expecially if you have to told any objectives.
I was going to use Astoroth to take on infantry squads and tough characters with I7 and S7 on the charge with re-rolls to his own hits (and his entire squad's) and enemy successful invulnerable saves, while Meph will take on armored targets or other high priority targets with S10 attacks and just be a psychological nightmare. Astorath's also allowing my squads to have a 50% chance of being fearless and have furious charge for when the priests die.
I've had very mixed results fielding the LRC, from being popped in turn one to taking out over 1000 points worth of stuff, and delivering it's payload which caused more damage. The problem in dropping Astorath for the LRC is finding the extra 40-55 points, which i can't figure out where it'd come from without re-working the whole list.
I love the idea of a furioso in a drop pod and I'm definitely going to try this in the future. I just don't own any drop pods yet, and a single deep striking furioso seems suicidal and a quick way to lose 160 points :/

You could drop extra armor off of the Baal and Vindicator, which frees you enough to buy the basic LRC. Dropping the Power weapon off of the Sergeant gets you a Multimelta. Since that half of the tac squad is going to stay in the LRC it isn't a bit loss. Combat squad them if missions fits and let the plasma cannon half deploy seperately.
A single Furioso could die quiclkly, except for the fact that they enemy will have to put a sizable amount of firepower into it. The same firepower which is necessary to hurt the Vindicator, Baal, ignore your FNP, and hurt Mephiston. A careful drop and facing away from obvious meltas and easy rear shots could be devastating. If you pod a librarian, blood lance is better than wings. Wings if you deploy him on foot. Might is a must either way.
Over 200+ pts for 4 S7 I7 attacks, only on the charge is silly and a terrible buy; especially when a single powerclaw for fist can eliminate it. Yeah, half your squads will be fearless, but that doesn't really justify the pts either. The rerolls to hit are nice, but a chaplain can do the same for under half the price.
Mephiston will take out just about every "tough" character out there, and the ones he can't, well Astorath wasn't going to help you too much there anyway. As I said before, Astorath isn't that tough to take out; his unique abilities make him well suited for larger games where much more can benefit from him. You only had 4 squads which could truly benefit from astorath. Had your list incorporated LC or TH termies, vanguard, honor guard, or more assault marines then he becomes an increasingly improved investment.
LRs die to luck and meltas. Stay out of range of the meltas and enemy dreads and let luck run its course. Even a Venerable dreadnought with Multimelta dropped right next to it only has a 1 in 4 chance of popping it. 3 in 4 odds the enemy just fed Mephiston 200pts. In my experience Mephiston is far more likely to be killed than the LRC allowing you to hold/contest/knock enemy off any objective in the game whilst allowing a solid fire base and anti-infanty/tank unit. That seems like a better buy than Astorath in my opinion.

I would have dropped the two vehicles you have, and gone all infantry. You have 2 not-so-cheap vehicles which will be targeted at once. Your infantry is rather CC-heavy, which also will give you problems with scatter from the vindicator.
I also think two of those expensive HQ is too much. The best use of Mephy is too me when he can advance behind a wall of vech. He is a powerhouse, but i'm really not a fan of expensive units like that which are not IC.
I guess you have one priest with each ASM. Have you considered the Honour guard with JP instead ? It's great bang for the buck. 5 honour guard (priest are included) with some CC weapon and 3-4 of meltagun or flamer. Run it behind one of the ASM squads so it can benefit from the FnP and Fc buble.
I would consider just running a librarian with JP in the honour guard as your only HQ, or swich one of yours. The shield of Sanguinius is great on your front ASM squad while advancing.
Maybe some attack bikes ?
So to sum it up. If you ditch at least Mephy, one priest and the two vehicles (655). You can get:
- Another 5 devastors with 4 ML
- 3 attack bikes with MM (one in each slot)
- Honour guard in JP with 2 PW, 4 flamers (for hordes since you have some meltas already - and the bikes)
- Librarian in JP with Shield of Sanguinius and Unleash rage
It's even 35 points left for some fun.
