If I did my math correct it comes to 975, or 980 (depnending on plasma/melta combination).
What should I get to fill in the spots?

First off, remove all the explicit points costs (for upgrades and weapons). Total unit costs are fine. It's against the forum rules because it infringes GW copyright.
Now let's have a look at the list:
HQ: This has to be a Company Command Squad (CCS). Platoon Command Squads (PCS) can only be bought as part of a Platoon (a Troops choice). Your CCS has good Ballistic Skill, so make use of it and arm them with something better, like Plasma or Melta. Chimera would be a good choice.
Elite: Ogryns are very expensive, especially in 1000 points. But if you're set on using them, cool. Remove the HK missile, it's a waste of points.
Squad 1: Get a third Grenade Launcher in.
Squad 2: Remove the Autocannon. Meltaguns are incredibly short ranged anti-heavy armour. Autocannons are long ranged anti-light armour. If you spend a turn using one, you're wasting points not using the other. Don't mix Melta and Plasma - again, they have very specific roles. I take it these guys are going in the Vendetta?
Squad 3: Remove the Power Fist. Flamers are a bad choice - you pay extra for the BS4 of Veterans, don't waste it by using a template weapon. Drop all the upgrades on the Chimera.
Fast Attack: Fine. But only having one means it'll get shot down very quickly.
Heavy Support: Fine, but I'm not a fan of the sponsons.
