I am a Nid Player, trying out a different army. Everything will be Proxied so any model changes are ok. I just want to use a Mechanized army to play something closer to the Meta format of the game which the Nids can't do. Please let me know what you think.
4 Grenade Launcher, Chimera ML+HF.
Command Squad, chimera ML+HF, 4 flamers
4x Autocannon heavy weapon squads
2x Infantry Squad, Flamer, Chimera ML+HF
3x Veteran Squads--340
Chimera HF+ML, 3 flamers
2x 3 Meltas (In Vendettas)
Valkyrie, rocket pods, and heavy bolters.
2x LR Demolisher+HF
LR Battle Tank+HB
Looks like I have 20 points left, Don't know what to get with them. Also my Valkyrie is empty, which kind of seems like a waste. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I think you've got a good starting base here. With a few modifications, you'll be in good shape.
CCS - give these guys some oomf. With as much melta as the rest of your army has, give these guys some plasma guns and let them take out the TEQ and MCs.
PCS - great. Flamers from a Chimera is a great idea.
Not sure what you're doing with the individual squads. If you're looking for more autocannons, you might look into a hydra. HWS are pretty easy to kill, and can break easily. You might want to replace one of them with a SWS to ride in a Vendetta.
If you're going to keep the infantry squads, I'd give them all a AC/GL and sit them in cover to keep them safe OR use them as a speed bump unit to slow down enemy assaulters.
Vet squads - flamers on vets is a waste of a higher BS. Personally, I'd give them all meltas and pick up any flamer goodness you need with the PCS and a hellhound.
Air support - give the heavy bolters to the vendettas (as they can move 6" and still fire everything). On a valkyrie, you're wanting to be moving pretty far each turn to deliver a squad on an objective or to blow something up. Also, you might think of replacing the Valkyrie with a hellhound.
Heavy support - I'd replace the HB on the LRBT with a HF or a lascannon if you have extra points left over.
Hope this helps, good luck!

Pretty standard mech list. Aren't HW squads 0-3 per platoon? Can't quite remember. Anyway, with that many HWS I advise retasking your CCS to oversee them with a company standard.
You might also blob up the two infantry squads, drop their equipment and add a Commissar. They make a good tarpit and now you have 100+ points to spend!
Consider using a Hellhound or Russ Executioner. The former will help avoid traffic jams (you have a very large number of very short-ranged units; good luck using normal flamers) and the latter is most effective if you first tank-shock an enemy with a Chimera to bunch them up. It's good synergy, and the Exec's smaller template will let it fire into places where a big blast wouldn't fit.

I think you're a little heavy on anti-tank and light on anti-hoard. A Hellhound would be a nice addition to fix this.

For 2000 points that is a lot of kill points on the table, even for IG. I'd drop the valkyrie for a hellhound and use any leftover points to put HB on the vendettas.
Those HWS are going to be very vulnerable and making Ld tests against a 7 is iffy. Personally I'd go with more line squads, they can add ablative wounds to your heavy weapons that the HWS lacks.
