comissar yarrick 185
vet squad x2 with flamer + flamer, flamer + flamer 160
Some quick thoughts:
1. Yarrick is overpriced at any level, and especially at lower levels. My favorite HQ at this level is the Primaris Psyker. Cheap, works well against hordes and light vehicles.
2. Marbo is great. Very much a game changer, however, for the same price, you could nearly get a whole vet squad. Not necessarily a bad idea, just something to think about.
3. Not sure what you mean with the troops. 2 vet squads with 2 flamers? Flamers work best when they're mounted in a vehicle, in order to get close to the enemy quickly. Also, you may want to put some melta guns in there somewhere, just in case someone gets crazy and brings heavy armor in the small point battles.
4. Vendettas are good, no doubts there. However, one bad dice roll might leave you with very little anti-tank capabilities. I like scout sentinels with autocannons. Cheap and have the ability to outflank.

I would honestly never field Yarrick at anything less than 2000 points. Is he cool? Yes. Is he points efficient? Never.
For your list, I'd opt for a primaris pysker HQ, and spend the remaining points on either chimeras for your vet squads, or more bodies. Another vet squad or a unit of stormies might be a way to go.
Praise the Emperor and pass the promethium!
Back to the original post. I wouldn't take a Vendetta at such low points. As General Van Rensaler said: Sentinels are good, and for the cost of one Vendetta you can get three Sentinels with ACs. Their strength isn't as high as lascannons' (correct grammar?), but you get more shots and if you bring a Vendetta you can bet on your opponent bringing all his firepower on it. What other units you bring depend on how you want to play really.
I took this list and raped quite a few people at my local club in a 600 point competition.
Veteran Squad: Autocannon
Veteran Squad: 3x melta Gun, Chimera with Hull Heavy Flamer
Leman Russ: Heavy Flamer
Leman Russ: Heavy Flamer
My CCS and veteran squad 1 sat on my objective or sniped at enemy light tanks and heavy infantry
Tanks lumbered forward and took out most things, also my enemys shot nearly everything they had at them to bring them down but at 600 points its really hard to kill a russ, most people take missiles at 600 points for anti tank and these need 6's to glance a Russ.
My chimelta vets nipped foward and took objectives, or advanced behind the tanks and provided any emergency support, eg DS termies right next to the Tanks.
Not saying its perfect, but the its good for the shock effect and your oppenents face when you place down 2 Main Battle Tanks! and the horror on SM commanders when relises those expensive men of his get no armour save from battle cannons! xD
Results of my army that day.
