HQ: Make sure all your chimeras take ML+HF. It is cheaper to put HF on the chimera than in the squads. I am against putting flamers on BS4 models anyway so take meltas in the CCS. The PF probably wont earn you many kills but hey it looks cool and think of the bragging rights if he kills 3 marines. I would ditch the commisar Lord for a SWS wioth demmo +2 flamers.
Elites: If you use them for tank hunting by deepstrike then they are a suicide unit so drop them to 5. If you are going after infantry then take plasmas and the stronger squad size will help. Just leaving them vanilla is also a decent option.
Troops: I thake it the platoon is mobbing up? If so for the Emperors sake move the commisar into squad #1 rather than the PCS as a PCS cannot mob up with the rest of the chaps. The PCS is an ideal place for 3-4 flamers as they are only BS3. HWS are fine. Vets should drop the pw and take an AC since they will rarely move. This is a rather expensive objective sitter, difficlt to shift I grant you but look how cheap a SWS with 3 snipers is.
Heavy: HF on the hull is ok but never take flamer sponsons. If you move 0.1" you tank can only fire one HF so when do you imaginge the enemy will be kind enough to move mobs of troops 3-8" away from you and in a nice horseshoe formation? Take HB sponsons or better yet take demolishers with no sponsons. Who needs long ranged fire in a city fight?
Another option is to drop the russ for 3 chimeras for the platoon (you dont even have to get in them) or a battery of 3 griffons. There is also a russ variant that ignores cover saves but the weapon is only AP4.

Sensible pointers. I'll rework the list.
