Here is an all jump list i was thinking of trying at 1850.
4 gaurds power swords and storm shields

what exactly do you want? a critique???
If so, I would change the Assault squads so that 2 units have 2 meltas and 1 unit has 2 flamers, drop the melta bombs from the sgts and if you have to give them to the sang priests, but with meltaguns in your assaults squads you don't need them.....you cant get locked into CC with vehicles and that is the only place you will need them (so pointless if you ask me)....
Honor Guard is worthless, i would drop them and use those points for some long range support, ie. typhoon landspeeders or TL las Preds.
You should drop one of the Sang Guards as they are a huge point sink for what you get, you would be better off with another Assault squad (2 flamers).

I hope you gave the priest jump packs.
For your assault squad, they work much better if you assign them the same special weaponry. so go 2 meltagun or 2 flamer for the squad, dont mix and match. On that note, your army is very assault oriented so the flamer isnt necessary. It might even hindrance you if you burn too much and cant make it into the assault. I rather habe powerfist on the sergeants rather then a power weapon and a meltabomb. especially if you run into monsterious creatures or you need to double toughness kill someone.
Like FalcosMarines mention, you have too many guards and not enough long range support. the honour guard have jump packs?
Yea i gave the priest and gaurd jump packs. But im second guessing the gaurd. I will need to retool this list. Im just interested in trying to get a full jumppack army to work.
go cheap then. go full assault squad. 10 men, 2 meltagun, 1 powerfist for 235pts. With the honor guard, you can take 4 meltagun and 4 flamer for 225pts. Place Dante in that squad and you have a high chance of 2nd turn deep strike without scatter onto a horde army and flame them all or 5 melta on a rear armor of a vehicle.
Personally though, just go with the 10 men assault squad.
Dante, 5 assault squad, 4 priest with jump pack. and you still have 150 points left over for maybe a devastator squad for your long range support. or drop one of the priest and a meltagun and you can have 6 assault squads. Now that's pretty hordey.
