The idea behind this list it what it sounds like, putting as many marines on the board as possible while staying effective.
Rune Priest 100
Blood Claws 225
Fenrisian Wolves 80
Fenrisian Wolves 72
Scout Pack 195
Mark of the Wolfen
2 plasma pistols
Wolf Guard 157
That's the whole list, it was put together for fun, but the more I look at it it seems fun. I'm gonna play it soon so we'll see.
I serve my master and do as he wants. He wants the badlands, thus they will be his.

Umm... That's only 1099 points. Otherwise, looks pretty cool.
Look at the # below the unit, MightisRight, that is how many units he has of that type...so he has waaay more than 1099 points. As for the list itself, looks fun, but Blood Claws aren't very good unless they have a wolf priest, so i'd recommend cutting down on BLood Claw units, getting two wolf priests to go with the blood claws, some grey hunters, and some wolf guard(preferably PF+combi-melta) to go with all your troop squads. B Ut yes, it looks like this could be a fun list to play with, but you'd have to be really lucky to do any good.
Tau Empire: We never stop hiding from you
There's good ways to do footslogging Space Wolves, but this honestly isn't one of them. You should really be taking Logan and several rune priests (living lightning and something else) as your HQs, instead of Bjorn (who as the only vehicle, WILL die on turn 1). You'll also need 3 max teams of Long Fangs, preferably with missile launchers.
Your troops should mostly be 10 man squads of Grey Hunters, each with a Wolf Guard attached to give them all a power fist and a combi-melta. Your scouts squads should have the same kind of Wolf Guard, too.
I also suggest ditching the Fenrisian Wolves in favour of Thunderwolves, if you can find a good way to model them.
