    Your entire list seems to stand or fall with the Land Raider Redeemer. If it gets popped early in the game, your list won't recover from it I'm affraid.
    Vulcan with TH/SS termies is good since he makes their weapons effectively master crafted. Taking this combo means 640pts in a 1000pts list though!
    You're spending such a huge amount of points in that single rock unit that your list suffers from it. AV 14 allround is very good, I know, but most competitive lists have cheap throw away melta units. they will zoom over to your raider and smoke it. After that, it's just mopping up what is left.

    Sometimes you'll get lucky and your opponent won't have the weaponry to take on AV 14, but a competitive list will always have a decent amount of AT weaponry that will stop your list dead in its tracks. If you want your Land Raider to have a chance of getting in your opponents face, you need to have units that can provide cover fire. They need to take down the opponents AT units from afar before the raider gets in range of them.

    Is there any changes you would reccomend?
    I would like the list to be bot competitive yet focused around the salamanders theme.

    potentially drop the land raider in 1000 pts and deep strike them, use the 240 points on a devastator squad or 2 vindicators or predators maybe.

    at 1500 if you definitely want 2 terminator squads, look at giving the scouts a missile launcher and bolters as you'll probably infiltrate them halfway across the board to use the teleport homer. also 10 camo cloaks isn't far off the cost of Telion, who gives the whole squad stealth anyway
