Umm, I'm Pretty sure battle leaders are HQs. Wolf guard splitting off aren't battle leaders. They're just basic wolf guard - same options, same stats, same price. TWC own, but can be at risk from vindicators etc. What powers/gear for the rune priest?

I really need some help with this list. I replaced the wolves with more long fangs felt the shots would really let the rest of my units assault. But coming from eldar I'm not sure how it'd work.

I see where you are going with this, but I doubt it will be all too effective. It would probably be fun to play and be a lot more friendly though. If you want to make it better you have to start knocking off points from your drop squads and fit in one more GH squad. With the amount of anti tank running around you will be immobilized very quickly. There just isn't enough fire power in your list. Yes termies are a huge inconvenience to have dropped in your back field, but you have two squads... and they have how many guns on turn one? They will be eaten alive before you know it especially without storm shields, and the remaining force will have more than enough anti tank to immobilize your troops. What happens if you play against mech IG? You will be surrounded by AP1 and AP2. Even if you destroy two chimeras and their vet squads you will be facing way too much when you come out of it. Try to imagine scenarios that would be challenging and correct your list accordingly. My suggestions while sticking to the original idea: 2 squads of 5 GH in the pods with melta guns and a power fist + cyclone termie, pick up another rhino squad, reduce the LFs to 4 rockets per and add a cyclone pfist termie to each, or take the points and get a lascannon or two either in the LFs or on the razorbacks. I still don't think this is an effective list because you risk isolating your forces for a surprise attack.... SCOUTS!

    have fun.

Ok, first you are going to have to ask yourself what kind of Wolf list do I want to play. Coming from Eldar, I would start out with something that will feel familiar. I am going to suggest a shooting list that relies on psychic powers. Here is an example list that I find extremely effective at 1500 points (This list has won me a fair few tournaments too!)

    Rune Priest
    -Living Lightning, Murderous Hurricane, Chooser
    Rune Priest
    -Living Lightning, Storm Caller

    Wolf Gaurd x4
    -Combi-Melta x4, Power Fist x4
    Wolf Scouts x5
    -Melta Gun

    Grey Hunters x8
-Melta Gun, Wolf Banner, Power Weapon, Rhino
    Grey Hunters x8
-Melta Gun, Wolf Banner, Power Weapon, Rhino
    Grey Hunters x9
-Melta Gun, Wolf Banner, Power Weapon, Rhino

    Long Fangs x6
    -3 Missile Launchers, 2 Lascannons
    Long Fangs x6,
    -5 Missile Launchers
    Long Fangs x6
    -5 Missile Launchers
