    both are pretty nice lists.
The terminators are superb units and I'd really keep them.

As for the first list, I believe your dred can only take the Tank hunters Special rule if you upgrade him to venerable. I might be mistaken since I haven't got my dex nearby.

With the second list, you have a nice base. The vindicators are nice, but I'd really drop the Dozer Blades to free up some points. The POTMS on those vindi's is convenient, but you can do without it. That should give you some points to put some smoke launchers on the rhino's for example.

You can also consider taking Typhoon speeders in your list. Coming in at 70pts they give you quite some bang for your buck.

Thanks for the tips, and I'm glad to see I'm not completely crazy . Yeah, the Dread is illegal. Went back after I posted and saw that. So, I guess I will replace him with Typhoon Landspeeders! Any ideas on where to get the extra 1 points so I can use two in the 1500 point list? Take off the Marshal's bolt pistol? (don't really want to do that, but he is mainly for the boardwide leadership and a minor CC buff) I'd kinda like to keep the dread in the 2000 point list, but if the typhoons work better...."Sorry, Brother Kordigan! The new speeders are better than your 1000+years of knowledge! See ya later!"
