I'll get the ball rolling by saying that your list isn't a new one-it's very similar to one that every Crimson Fisticuff should currently be using. The good news is that this little lot will do exactly what you want it to-combat squadding everything will give you more scoring units as will the extra protection afforded by the wagons, so you've ticked all the boxes.

The only moans you should hear is about your choice of extras. You need decent scoring units AND hard squads that can survive both hordes and shoe pie from forces like Grey Knights. You have scorers but not quite enough special units that will last the game or hoof out counter-pain. Pedro allows scoring Sterns as you know so why not have more? Three ten-man squads (preferably fewer models in your Stern squads because they're expensive) will do major damage to hordes and MEQ with their special issue rounds even if you don't add combi-weapons. Squads tasked with combi-flamers or meltas (plasmas are too dangerous to thirty-point models) are dynamite, even in small numbers backed by Razorbacks where Rhino-mounted ten-man outfits are too big and expensive. Given that Sterns are A2 and Ld9, you could quite happily use them instead of assault squads. Twin-linked Lascannon-armed Razorbacks would fill in superbly for Devastators as well, an they contest as transports. Bonus!

Your use of Powerfists isn't bad but they're also expensive and can slow you down. Why not use melta-bombs? You may lose half your non-Fearless squad before you knock something big down with PFs. That means you could also replace the Dread with combi-meltas everywhere. There's your backup-plan. Your Pred is absolved by multiple Razorbacks with twin las. Bear in mind that these are my ideas and are fairly common, but don't expect a clean bill of health straight away. Given that it's a Bank Holiday Friday in Britain with a Royal wedding to boot, the English-speaking loyalist anti-republican world, (about 70% of the planet) will be getting ratted down the pub/cafe/garden so you may not get a reply until someone sees what I've posted. This isn't some sort of chauvinism on my part, it's just that we get this sort of list all the time and people are reluctant to get into another argument.

Try to get a game or three against a variety of opponents out of your list and post it on LO so that we can see how you did. After my rant, it would be interesting to see if you succeeded and proved us all wrong. Good luck & Good Hunting.

That's really unpleasant and allows you to put your multi-role squads anywhere YOU want. Don't forget that you won't be able to fire heavy weapons or assault on the turn you arrive so be wary of expensive units that miss a turn. How about tac squad Sergeants with combi-meltas as well as a melta in the squad? Those Honour Guard are going to die quickly when either shot to bits or assaulted by units with high A due to their slow powerfists. Not only but also, if Pedro gets it you lose your scoring Sterns. One PF or PW per squad perhaps? Do you REALLY need that Chapter Banner? You probably want more scoring, shooting and assault-survivable units with Pedro around. There's nothing wrong with a few Scouts either-they're fluffy in a Crimson Fist list and can be relied upon to flank, infil or scout and going to ground they get a 2+ cover save. Someone's going to have to assault them to wipe them out if they're getting busy tolled up with bolt weapons all round.

Arrive, win the firefight, survive a round or two of assault then clean up. You're less at risk in pods than mobile transports that's for certain, and they contest and are almost impossible to destroy. A good choice of transport. You could even halve your army in objective games-half by DP and the rest in Rhinos or whatever. A fine second list from juggulator there.

Pedro and the honor guard are your death star. with a 2+ save they can survive most ap3 weapons except plasma. but you use that squad to take out terminators as they are all armed with power weapons and can strike before the thunder hammers roll out. The chapter banner makes the most out of an expensive squad but should be cut as pedro already grants a 1+ attack that can't stack with the banner. They won't die because of the drop pod you can place them wherever your really want, outside of mass plasma range. and the honor guard all have bolters, so you can pod them and rapid fire, along with pedros gauntlets, then next turn move and assault. If you're going to take pods, take as many as you can, because you can drop half of them the first turn, sometimes I take a superfluous amount, some with just 5 tac marines, so i can have 11 drop pods and therefore drop 6 1st turn wherever I really want. You could ditch the honor guard and get a dread if you want, or maybe just 2, 5 man drop pods to capture objectives and make your total number of pods bigger. scouts have really no place here.
