Changes from previous list/post: Took out AC/HB pred, made other one all lascannons, added rhino for other tac squad, made its heavy gun into lascannon.
Thoughts: Maybe remove lascannon from rhino with meltagun and replace with MM and give rhinos dozer blades...1 total anti-tank pred will attract fire but dish out anti-tank love...2 rhinos allow for much more mobility in army...army became alot less survivable at expense of mobility...scouts are out of the question, as i gots no more cash to buy more troops, GW price hikes >:/
Would like some criticisms, thoughts etc. on the list, like if its competitive, semi-competitive, enough shooty, cannot take hits etc.
What powers has your librarian got and who are you putting him and pedro with?
libby gets avenger + force dome, goes with sternguard squad with PF, for the I4 PW attack and I1 PF attack
pedro goes with the lightning claw sternguard squad, for the same reason as the previous squad
I would normally recommend against the lightning claw but I see what you did there with Pedro. I really like Pedro. Having a bunch of MEQs with 3 attacks on top of their awesome bolter ammunition is pretty sweet. Also I like the predator. A lot of people would suggest to drop the TLLC and go with the autocanon to save points but I think the TLLC turret is really worth it.
Granted... if you do feel the need to remove it....
I would switch out the plasma gun with another meltagun on the tactical squad. That with the TLLC gives you 40 more points to spend. I would spend 20 to give combi-meltas on both of the sergeants of the tactical squads. The remaining 20 I would spend on 2 more combi-meltas for each Sternguard squad.
Alternatively you could free up points by removing the las cannons on the tactical squads and making them missile launchers instead although that would only give you 20 extra points to spend (25 if you remove the plasma gun). That's just what I would consider changing if you become unhappy with the list and feel the need to tweek it. Over all, I like it.

yea, i did some retweaking and i decided to remove the plasma in favour of a melta and give dozer blades for rhinos...i understand giving combi-melta on sarge...but i alrd assembled and painted my sargeants, so, i would be unable to do tht...and the TLLC pred is my main AT, it should get popped, but i hope it will kill stuff and not dissappoint most times...thanks for your advice though!
My sergeants were assembled already with bolt pistols back in 4th when you could still claim the extra attack with power fists! That didn't stop me from sawing the pistols off and converting some combi-meltas with a bolter and a flamer and a bit of plasticard!
