Just getting some feedback on my army list that I have pulled together.
Crowe = 150
Purifier Squad w/+5 men, 10 halbreds, Psybolt ammunition = 280
Terminator Squad w/Incinerator, 5 Swords = 205
Strike Squad w/+5 men, 2 Psycannons, Psybolt ammunition = 240
Rhino = 40
Stormraven w/TL multi-melta, TL Lascannon = 205
Stormraven w/TL Multi-melta, TL Plasma cannons = 205
Nemisis Dreadknight w/Greatsword, Heavy Incinerator = 170
Basically the purifiers and Crowe will be in the Stormraven with the Plasma to take the fight to anyone, Terminators in the other to be a sort of all rounder with the Dreadknight and 10 man SS to back up. I'm hoping the storm ravens make good for anti-tanks and Monsterous creatures
To Make it a 2000 point army I add;
Libarian w/Master Level 3, Might of titan, Quicksilver and smite = 215
Dreadnught w/assault cannon, Psybolt ammunition
Interceptor Squad w/5 Halbreds.
The Libarian and the Dready with be with the 5 terminators to make them more well rounded and the interceptors as back up for either if they are getting hammered.
I fight nearly all armies but Imperial Guard and hopefully this is more than capable in fighting anything that gets thrown at me
Crowe isn't an IC, so can't go in a transport with another squad.
I would suggest droping one set of TLPC or TLLC. This would giv you some much added anti-amour. Give the Purifiers at least 2 psycannons, if not up o 4. These weapons scare the hell out of most players. Either you fire them on the move or sit still and have a chance for rending. In your 2k list drop the assault cannon and give it 2X TLAC/ psybolt ammo. Wit h4 shots at S* thats almost the best you can get for anti-armour.
Why use science and education when ignorance and superstition will work just as well.
Honestly, this list has a bunch of issues you'll need to resolve to make it more effective.
Crowe isn't an IC. Using Crowe for only taking a single unit of purifiers is a mistake as he is not a efficient IC at that time. You may be better off with a Grand Master with a Psycannon and Rad grenades to DS in or ride in the storm raven with the purifiers. He could then make them scoring with TGS. A GM also synergizes better with your army s you advance towards 2k.
Don't take ten halberds on your purifiers, you'll need a hammer, and probably two to 3 psycannons.
GKSS need a hammer as well. In fact you either need a GM instead of Crowe, or these GKSS need to be purifiers.
Those termies need a psycannon.
And to make all of this happen you'll probably need to lose the Dreadknight. Gives you some more points to work with.
On your move to 2k...
Librarian needs to drop the ML3, its very rare and incredibly situational to need three powers. Make sure to have shrouding, sanctuary, and everything else is extra, fill them in as you see fit. I usually run might, quicksilver is another option to accompany a unit without halberds.
You're better off with dual autocannons and psybolts on that dread, though running assault cannons, stormbolter, and psybolt is a option if hes riding in a SR.
The interceptors won't do much, they are better as a harassment unit. Drop the halberds, they aren't very effective, and costly. A simple psycannon will do, two and psybolt ammunition if you can rework points for a ten man squad.
Thanks a lot guys for the input. From what I read in the replies my army needs a real re-working to be good.
