After the feedback I got on my last army, it wasn't that good. So here is round two for my grey knights army.
Librarian w/Quicksilver, Might of Titan, Sanctuary, 1x Servo skull = 170
Terminator Squad w/Psycannon, Psybolt ammunition = 265
Terminator Squad w/Psycannon = 245
Strike Squad w/+5men, 2x Psycannons, Demon hammer, Psybolt ammunition = 250
Rhino = 40
Storm raven w/TL Multi melta, TL Lascannons = 205
Dreadnought w/TL autocannons, Psybolt ammunition = 130
Dreadknight w/Great sword, Psycannon = 195
The Librarian with 5 terms will DS with the servo skull, the other 5 will be in the SR with the dready. Hopefully this can give and take damage well. To accomodate the dreadknight with a psycannon I had to take the psybolt ammunition off one term squad, or should I take it off the SS instead?
For 2000 pts. I add;
Ordo Xenos Inquisitor w/Power sword, Power Amour, Rad and Psychotroke Grenades = 73
Vindicare Assassin = 145
Purgation Squad w/4x Psycannons, 1x grey knight w/Warding stave = 225
Razorback w/Psybolt Ammunition = 50
Plus: Smite Librarian power.
The Inquisitor will be with the other terminator squad and the assassin is there so to take out units that will effect my phychic powers ie, Eldar Farseer's, Zornathropes
This List is better then the Previous, but improvements can still be made. If your Libby and Term are in reserve that leaves 4 targets for your opponent to shoot at turn 1, Stormraven, Rhino, Dread, and your DK. If i was you opponent i would kill the SR as it normally has precious cargo, then go for the long range threat of the Dread. Also only 1 servo skull may not last long depending on where its located as your opponent can rush it before you make your roll to come in from reserve.
I would drop the H.Psycannon off the DK and give it a H.Incinerator. I personally like to place a template where i want it and do damage, rolling a scatter can sometimes leave you hitting nothing or worse hitting your own troops. This also frees up a few points.
I am hoping that you were listening in the last thread about bringing Hammers in your terminator squads, you didnt list them thou they are free, just wanted to make sure you are bringing them.
On your 2k pts i would not give the Purgation squad a warding staff... ever. it only gives an invulnerable in close combat, something this squad should never see. If anything get another body in the squad so they can be removed if they get shot, not to mention they have nfw if you do happen to see combat.
Also on the 2k list, why are you bringing an inquisitor? you dont need to bring an inq to take the vindicare. That alone is almost enough to give your DK a teleporter so if your SR does make it across the board it will have back up. There are other places you could put those points as well if you dont want the teleporter, like an extra terminator to max out the capacity of the SR.

Ok, I added a servo skull to the Lib, so now he is taking 2 and gave the DK a incinerator. I thought of deep striking the DK along with the Lib but I fear that leaves even less on the board if I dont get first turn. I have a least one hammer in each Term squad. I got rid of the warding stave as well. With the Inquisitor I'm really using him for the grenades, or do you think something else would be better ?
Again thanks for the input
the list looks good, just curious on who you mainly verse and also in your 1500 list your term squads cost moer points than there worth so you should fix that
the 2000 points list is okay, get rid of the ward stave, never should be with purgs, the inquisitor i like especially when versing high I or T units and the vindicar seems to work well against everything
you should give a teleporter to the DK cause its great seeing it teleport across the field and obliterate a squad,
the incenerator is your choice, works well against all infantry but the psycannon can be just as effective
overall it looks like a great list, determining on who you verse
