Interrogator Chaplain in TDA
DW1: 3xTH/SS, 1xSB/CF, 1xHF/PF (Chappy goes here)
DW2: 3xLCs, 1xSB/CF, 1x HF/PF (Bels goes here)
DW3: PS/SB, APO (PF/SB ), PF/AC, 3xPF/SB
DW1 and DW2 are mounted, DW3 is in reserve. I'd go with four TH/SS and four LCs, respectively, but I've been burned by vehicles with WS in the past...and more than four pair of claws in Belial's squad is massive overkill anyway (there's a stronger argument for a fourth TH/SS in the chappy's squad, but getting hit with more than four [chappy has 4++] AP2 wounds is rare).

Body count is always a problem for DW, but only 3 small squads is to little in my opinion, even for a 1500 points army.
In a DW army of only 1500 points i would go with one HQ only - so that would be Belial. I think 2 LRC is just too expensive. Personally i would go all infantry, maybe add some bikes with melta.
What you lack is long range fire power (even for DW). I would have added cyclon launchers to those squads. Not HF and AC. Other than that i would go all TH/SS.
If you want LR in some form i would choose vanilla LR to get in some long range.
