No need to split your forces up... either incineratorX2 or psycannon X2

And I havent really seen lists with a BC... but you can try it out i guess lol

HQ: Upgrade this guy to a GM as the extra cost to get the strategy is well worth it. I would keep the sword for the better invulnerable in combat. Another alternative is a librarian with quicksilver, might of titan, shrouding and warprift.

Troops: Take 2 psycannon on the GKSS as incinerators are not worth the silly points they pay for some reason. Psybolts could be fun. Terminators should add 2-3 Halberds for free.

Dreads: Since the plasma cannon is not twin linked I would put it on the venerable dread who is BS5. The BS4 normal dread could make do with the TL-Lascannon with no problem. I would strongly reccomend the psyfleman dread with 2 TL-Autocannon and psybolts for 135 points as a fantastic medium vehicle shredder.

Great advice once again from both parties, the only other thing I would consider is the Hammer on the Justicar.... I know in the GKSS the extra attack is great, but I find when I need it the most my justicar spontaneously cumbusts after taking perils of the warp. What I am saying is the Hammer on the justicar is ok, but you can lose him early if you are casting warpquake from turn 1, placing it on a regular GK I find is more often than not more reliable.

its not worth having the hammer on the justicar, the risk of perils isnt worth the attack

also down grade your ven dread to a normal dread to save the points

Without changing your list too much how about this:

    Grand Master
    . . . . Incinerator

    Strike Squad x10
    . . . . 2x Psycannons
    . . . . Hammer
    Rhino

    Terminators x5
    . . . . Psycannon
    . . . . Hammer
    . . . . 3x Halberds

    Ven Dread
    . . . . Assualt Cannon
    . . . . Psybolt Ammo

    Dread
    . . . . TL Autocannon
    . . . . TL Autocannon
    . . . . Psybolt Ammo

    =1000pts

This gives you a little of everything, you have your light vehicle popping S8 shot dread, your rain of fire Vendread, your character with incinerator, and he can make your 2 walkers scoring for objective missions.

Although I havent quite sold myself on the lone rhino, you might be best footslogging them and buying another terminator to help screen your GKSS.

Just some thoughts to keep your brain ticking over.

I agree with all the above, espcilly the incinerators for Psycannons on your GKSS, downgrading the vendread to a normal dred, or if you wanna keep the vendread then giving it the Plasma, that exta 1" of scatter can be the differance of hitting 1-2 guys to not hitting any.

As far as your HQ, i would not take a Brother Captin (worst hq imho), either make him a GM (for grand start), or A brother Champion. A BChamp is like crowe but he can join sqauds, and he has the amazing ablitiy to give his squad Re-roll hit on the charge, and he can always re-roll wounds. Then change your rhino to a razorback and have him roll with that squad.
