Not sure what your wolf guard is taking exactly. Also your army seems to be built around a very heavy anti tank concept. Got any anti infantry stuff? Also what's the land raider taking in those 16 slots available?
Thought I'd clear up your list format, correct the few mistakes (Wolf Guard Terminators cannot take Multi-Meltas) as well as give points costs next to each individual pack.
For a list commentary:
I don't see the point in Logan Grimnar in this list. Grimnar's main two strengths are giving his squad Relentless (Which you don't need in this list), or enabling you to take Wolf Guard as Troops (Of which you only have one pack, which you haven't designated as a troops choice). Not using him for either of those two options, you're basically taking him for his use as a special character, which doesn't justify his points cost.
Wolf Guard pack...that's alot of Wolf Claws. Really ruining yourself for wound-allocation, you don't have any Storm Shields in the squad to take nasty attacks against, and the ranged firepower of that squad is going to be quite low. Re-rolling to hit or to wound is nice, but taking Combi-Weapons instead may be more useful, allowing you to really chew up low armor save squads, or vaporise a couple of those plague marines before charging in. This squad will also get -destroyed- by a walker, or any kind of monstrous creature, as you're missing any of the heavy hitting weapons. A dreadnought in close-combat with this lot..it would keep them there for as long as it took to kill them, you're not going to be able to do any damage (Highest Str 5 against Front Armor 12, No power-fists, chain-fists or grenades, and it's striking back with 2 Str 10 power-weapon hits a turn for far less points cost).
The Land Raider Crusader....yeah. The only way you're going to make maximum use of that is if you're intending to place the Wolf Guard inside with Logan attached, and even then it doesn't fill the transport. A Redeemer would be able to transport those six and give you Flamestorm Cannons, or a 'normal' Land Raider would give you more heavy fire-power (Not that you're really strapped for anti-vehicle firepower in this list). On top of this, a single Wolf Guard Pack per army can take a Land Raider as a Dedicated Transport, and not take up the Heavy Support slot.
Are all the Grey Hunter squads intending to push up? Or are you intending to keep one back for objective sitting. If you are, it doesn't really need to be a full-strength squad, a 6-man squad with a Melta and possibly MotW sitting in a Razorback will do the job just as well.
The rest of the list I understand, even if I think you're missing some quite nice units in this list. For a fun list at home or with friends, your current list will work fine. Maximising the list however, you're going to need to look at it again. Good luck!
