    2500 list Ard Boyz practice list

    Since all the people at my hobby store are practicing for Ard Boyz, nobody wants to play anything less than 2500. Personally, I have no interest in Ard Boyz, but I want to get some games in, so I'm putting together a list. Mainly, its just an excuse for me to get all my models on the table. Let me know what you think. All Chimeras have multilasers and hull flamers.

    HQ:
    Company Command Squad: 225 points
    -Plasma Guns x4
    -Astropath
    -Officer of the Fleet
    -Chimera

    Elites:
    Stormtrooper Squad x5: 160 points
    -2 Melta Guns
    -Chimera

    Troops:
    Veteran Squad: 150 points
    -2 Melta Guns

    -Chimera

    Veteran Squad: 150 points
    -2 Melta Guns

    Heavy Weapons Squads never really do well for me. I would put the autocannons in the infantry squads. With the points left over you could replace the flamer in the veteran squads with another melta gun or plasma gun.

    The problem with that is all my Infantry squads are riding around in my Gunships to claim objectives. Putting the autocannons in with them would make them kinda useless.
