this army goes with orks, we want about 60 boys, meaby a killa kan wall, and some high strength-weapons like rockets or lootas.
this is my list:
ccs: autocannon, 2 grenade launchers, carapace armour: 85pts.
pcs: 1 grenade launcher, autocannon: 50 pts.
meaby I swap some autocannons or mortars for some heavy bolters...
infantry squad 1: mortar: 55pts.
infantry squad 2: autocannon: 60pts.
infantry squad 3: autocannon: 60pts.
infantry squad 4: mortar: 55pts.
veteran squad 1: 3 melta's: 100 pts.
veteran squad 2: 3 melta's, chimera heavy flamer: 155 pts.
leman russ battle tank, heavy bolters: 180pts.
I want to stay where I am with my infantry squad and command squads and shoot them with all I got. my griffon will kill the great hordes or some annoying fire warriors, while my veteran squads (in my vendetta and chimera will rush forwards to the great monsters or vehicles end melt them down. I'm sure get at least two broadsides against me and my vendetta should take them down in a single volley of it's lascannons. the orks ( 2 mobs with 30 boyzwith big mek with kustom force field(5+ cover-save for both the killa kans as well for the 30 boys in each unit!)) will rush forward with the killa kan wall for it and kill everything on their path. the leman russ will support one unit. that should deal with their army. the only thing is how I will kill the battlesuits.....
I would scratch the carapace armor in the company command squad and replace the mortars in the infantry squads with autocannons. Also if you plan on using the veteran squads melta guns to take out armor. I would use a chimera so they can shoot within it rather then having to get out of the one vendetta gunship. The heavy bolters on the leman russ battle tank seem like a waste I would get rid of them and maybe take more grenade launchers or autocannons.
Orks AND Guard on the same side? Heresy!
Anyway, I'd go with Autocannons instead of HBs, they may shoot less but the power is greater.

nacho cheese, I think you got a point with the mortars so I will replace them for autocannons, the only thing is: how shall I kill the big monsters of the tyranids, melta's should melt them down but with their 12 inch range they will get charged the next turn and then they will be dead...... I'll take the sponsons and carapace armour away so I spare 40 points. I need 15 more points to take a chimera.... actually I want my vendetta so does anyone have suggestion to spare more points?

must be some red skulls cause a proper ork dont side wiv humies
solid list, but is would make your mortors autocannons and tell your mate to take lootas and not tank bustas, lootas are better cause they fire more shots and you have a choice plus there wont be that many high AV tanks in a 1k game
drop the vendetta for a chimera cause things that fly tend to get shot down fairly quickly
also i have played as and against alot of nids and tau
1. get in close with tau, no army can out shot them (troops anyway)
2. dont get charged by nids
3. target the big stuff first
4. kill venomthropes and zoanthropes when possible
5. use the boyz as a shield to draw fire while you target important tau figures such as broadsides or battlesuits

I would use plasma guns on the tyranids big monsters and twin link them with a command squad.
yesterday I played a battle (against orks and I owned them) but my veterans with plasma's killed themselves a bit (2 in two turns) so my problem is that they are a bit unreliable but I think it's just bad luck... I will take them to take care of the monsters! but how shall I kill the battlesuits and broadsides (I hate them!!) I'm thinking to take the vendetta out of the list and make a large mob of guardsmen... but the only thing I need are some weapons to take those battlesuits and broadsides out. (a leman russ should do with the battlesuits but the broadsides.... I thought I could use the vendetta for that..) help me out!!!
For the battle suits and broadsides you could use plasma again or you could take a medusa nothing can withstand the medusas power.

cause you want a vendetta i would say make one squad really close combaty and use the drop shoot to land the lads near the broadsides then charge or shoot them to bits
or just grab a medusa cause they're cool
