Well, for starters I think the general consensus is that BH banner is not worth it. I would swap that out for another psycannon. I also don't make a habit of fielding the warding stave, but that's just a personal preference issue.
Beyond that though, I think you have too many really expensive things for a paladin army, and not enough scoring units (even with grand strategy). The librarian, landraider, and stormraven are all sort of toys, but here you've spent 700 points on them. And here, you've got 3 AV12 units and one AV14. That's not terrible, but I think most armies at 1850 should be able to handle that fairly quickly. This is where the dreadknights of zagman's lists succeed...a few teleporting NDKs take quite a bit of firepower to bring down, but they are very menacing and very quick.
I think I would start with the troops you want...maybe 3 squads of paladins (if you're going draigo), or 2 paladins and 2 terminators, kitted economically (but with as many psycannons as possible, and with as many different setups as possible, for wound allocation, and starting with squads of 10 that you can combat squad after using grand strategy), and then see what you have left for support. My 1850 list is draigo, 3x5 paladins (2xpsycannon, 2xhalb, 2xsword, hammer), and 2 NDKs with PT and sword. I'd say give yourself 12-1300 points for draigo/paladins/terminators, and fill the rest out with support...maybe 4 psyfle dreads or 2 land raiders or 2 storm ravens or 2 NDKS...but fielded with a specific purpose in mind and with a little redundancy.
ALSO, if you're only going to be using one squad of paladins (or one big squad of 10, combat squadded), I don't think you really need draigo. (so if you were to do 2 squads of terms and a big squad of paladins, perhaps you could just take a grandmaster and use the anvil strategy to make the paladins scoring when you need it).
Lastly, when posting, you want to take off the individual point cost of upgrades and just post the total unit cost, for copyright reasons.
