Looks like a bit of a mixed bag with only 2 rhinos and 2 Drop Pods. The Rhinos can be focused down turn 1 and 2 with out too much issue from your opponents longer ranged weapons (Missiles/Autocannons), while your dreads come in 1 at a time and can be taken out quickly with come Melta shots. I would either go all pods or all rhinos because when you split them up like that they become easier to prioritize with their weapon selection. They may just wait for your Land Raider to get closer to Melta it and tie up the Terminators or gun them down as they will be mostly unsupported after the tac marines end up having to walk.

When I stated looking at a Vulken list I stated with the same Idea as you but quickly learned that this style list normally does not work out the way you want it to.

What I would do to your list would be simple. Drop the Land Raider for another Tac Squad and put all 3 tac squads in Drop Pods. With the extra points you can give the Sergeants combi-weapons or drop the Pred and add a couple land speeders with Multi-Meltas.

He makes flamers and meltas more effective.

Overall I think its a decent list. I would swap one rhino for a drop pod giving you an odd number which is more useful for the initial wave. Also ditch the pred for some scouts to hold a home objective from cover. If you need points to boost them with sniper rifles and cammo cloaks drop an ironclad down to a standard MM/HF dread which will also get a tac squad sarge a PW maybe.
