4 paladins in the raider with draigo- hammer, 2 halberds, warding staff, incinarator
land raider- psybolts
10 paladins- apothecary, brotherhood banner, warding staff, 4 psycannons, bolts, 2 hammers, 6 halberds
770p -_- hahaha
5 strike marines- psybolts
Can this be improved in anyway?
I think that... two av12 vehicles and a LR are not going to last very long at 2k pts. Is the strike squad just for an extra scoring unit, or do you have a plan for it?
my initial reaction is to say...I think you'd be better off dropping the LR, dropping the psybolt upgrades, the banner, the apothecary, and picking up acouple more dreads or more paladins. I think I'd drop the strikers too. Heck, you could about field a squad of supplemental termies for their cost w/ the razorback.
I just feel that...Paladins are resilient enough to slog with either long ranged support or quick distracty things. the LR doesn't necessarily make them that much faster (or any faster if you're shootin'...there's a thread around here in which number6 has a really good analysis on the functionality of LRs, btw! worth a read!), and everything's kind of bare (aka, I think there should be more psycannons! haha). Were you planning on basically advancing everything inside/behind the LR? or deepstriking? what's the plan?
My rubric so far for Draigowing list making has been...
if over 1500 pts...
start with 15 paladins (1 ten man squad, 1 five man squad) and draigo as your base.
max psycannons (though I can see that if you're planning a deepstriking unit or you do end up with LRs, how incinerators could be a substitute in that specific capacity).
Optional step: pick an additional HQ: librarian or inquisitor.
Pick your support base...long range fire (Dreads/vindi/hench if you've got the inq), or speed (PT dreadknights/interceptors).
If points allow, add paladins.
Any remaining pts go to Staves, psybolts for your 10 man squad, or apoth/banner...if you feel so inclined!

how could i use a dreadknight in this list though?
How could you use it strategically, or where would you find the points?
