    1750pts Double Gate of Infinity

    Librairan w/ gate of infinity and null zone = 100*2

    10 Space Marines w/ plasma gun, missile launcher, sergeant w/ combi-plasma, power fist = 215*2

    Drop Pod = 35*2

    Scout Squad w/ camo cloaks, combat blades = 90

    5 Sternguard w/ 5 combi-melta = 150

    Drop Pod w/ locator beacon = 45*2

    Scout Bike Squad w/ sergeant w/ locator beacon = 95

    Land Speeder Storm w/ heavy flamer = 60

    5 Vanguard Veterans w/ jump packs, 4 lightning claws, sergeant w/ lightning claw = 235

    Predator = 60*3


    Here is another Raven Guaud list. The librarians go with the tactical marines. Scouts can either sit on objectives or get into assaults with weak units. Sternguard come in first turn and pop transports using scout bikers locator beacon. And the rest is self explanatory.

    Honestly? I think you're spending a ton of points on a gimicky tactic that really won't work out very well in practice.

    It should be noted that you can only use a Locator Beacon if it was on the board when the turn started. So you cannot throw down the first Drop Pod (with Locator) and then use the Locator for the 2nd Drop Pod in the same turn.

    I think the list is a neat idea but a little all over the place. It tries to do a little bit of everything and falls short. If you're using Gate to move around, why not do it with something better than Tactical Marines?
