    HQ
    Captain With jump pack, power sword: 140

    Troops
    Tactical Squad of ten with multi melta, plasma gun in drop pod: 215
    Tactical Squad of ten with multi melta, plasma gun in drop pod: 215
    Scout Squad of five with missile launcher and camo cloaks: 100

    Fast attack
    Assault Squad of ten with storm shield, melta bombs: 210
    Land Speeder with multi melta: 60

    Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping to infiltrate the scouts and drop one of the tac squads in the first turn, as well as have the land speeders on the board as well, possibly also the Assault squad. Tell me what you guys think.

    HQ: I would strongly reccomens a Librarian instead of captain. Buy a mastercraft and/or digi weapons will make up for having one less attack and the PW is included in the cost not to mention the 2 powers and the psy defence from the hood. Add a jump pack too if you wish.

    Troops: All good. When arriving in a pod you may get charged on the next turn so take a PW or PF in the tac squads.

    Fast: Take a flamer and a PF on the assault squad rather than shield & MB. Speeders are fine if you have other tanks on the board (empty pods don't count) but I would replace them with MM armed attack bikes who are probably more ressilliant and can turbo boost. the point savings can pay for PW on the Tac sargeants.

    Thanks for the tips. The Librarian is quite a bit cheaper than the captain and packs more of a punch, but I didn't even see him o_O. Here's the revised list.

    HQ
    Librarian with Jump Pack, Null Zone and The Avenger: 125

    Troops

    The only thing I've been debating is whether to put sniper rifles on the Scouts. I'm planning on having them camp on an objective, so they really wouldn't be moving too much. My only concern is whether the close range fire from the bolter is more important. Any thoughts?

    I depends entirely on what you're shooting them at - they're far more effective at long range though, and since you're lacking in long ranged stuff I'd say to go with the sniper rifles.
