I have been trying to make a themed sisters of battle army around the idea of repentia and pentinent engines, however i have found it dificult to incorporate the engines into this list. If anyone has any suggestions about how it might be changed to make it more efficent and if there is a way pentinent engines can be used successfully I would welcome them.
2x Canoness with power weapon –150
3x 10 Sisters of Battle w/ rhino and two melta guns w/ power weapon-560
2x 7 Repentia w/ rhino from retributors - 318
Seraphim x 5 w/ eviscerator and four inferno pistols - 165
2x 5 Retributors /w four heavy bolters - 170

I ran them back with the 3rd ed list alongside zealots (back when PEs were faster) and they were strictly a gimmick.
I'm assuming the canonesses run with the repentia, but this does cost them their fleet making them much less effective. The best way to run a canoness/repentia/engines is sadly apoc where some bright soul has figured out that random movement and light armour does not a good unit make.
yeah its two models holding two each
well i took the canoness because its the cheapest HQ option, if i want the repentia to fleet i simply leave the Canoness in the Rhino, if i am in range of a more combatty unit ill sent the canoness with them. so far they have proven to be pretty effective, they destroy tanks easily, they struggle against specialized combat units but the Canoness boosts their faith role and gives them prefered enemy ontop of their martydom rule.
The best part about being in a rhino with the Repentia is they get a 8 inch move out of it when they charge plus fleet if they need it, so they have a good chance of getting there.
