Howdie! I havn't played 40k in 4 years and have a game coming up next weekend versus my friends Nurge. He is running a torneylist so I think I at least have a small chance of success if I shock him enough. But I dont have that much to pick from, since I'm missing a lot of tanks and some of the new units. I do have a lot of tactical marines and other infantryunits though. Feel free to comment!

I think that assault wise, you are fine and you have enough mobile units to redeploy. I was thinking of why not taking flamestorm cannons and heavy flamers as your army lacks numbers so they'll be particularly good against hoards and the flamestrom cannon will be good against chaos space marines or MEQs.
Does your opponent have a land raider? If he does i think you need a few more melta weapons in your list
What I'm worrying about is that my 360 pts of deathcompany will be too fragile. Maybe I should swap them for some scouts and a dreadnought?
Just get them stuck in combat with a infantry unit with reasonable confidence that you'll come out on top. They do have relentless but do watch out for things that are ap2 or 1 and use a blast template( e.d. demolisher cannon). Just make sure you take out his strong and powerful guns that could potential wipe them out, carefully charge the unit you're are after as you need to look out for black rage and just watch out for any uber strong units that you probably don't want them to charge into.
Another idea for replacing the DC+Chappie would be a 10-man devestator squad with 2 las and 2 plasmacans. This squad could then split up in two separate combat squads and act as my tank+infantry hunters?
This idea might work providing you can spare enough points to include them in your army.
Other alternatives might be tank hunting multi melta attack bikes which only cost 50 [points and could wipe out your opponents leman russ or vindicator.
This is a rewright on the last list with a few, small changes. More antitank and a bit less CC troops. Odd for a blood angels army?

The only real last improvement is to maybe include another troop choice as this might help in objectives games a bit more and i don't really see why you would need the sternguards so you might want to swap them for another assault squad for a bit more versatality but it is down to you as the list in my opinion is quite good.
