    Put a laser cannon on the demolisher and some power weapons in the blob squads and your good to go

    Wow, that's a lot of Commissars. But I suppose it would work. It does make sense to give them power weapons, maybe at the expense of CCS carapace or a Demolitions upgrade. If they aren't going to run then they may as well do some damage.

    Use the remaining points to add a Penal Legion, to accompany the Sentinels. It's not the strongest Scouts formation but enough that the enemy will ignore it at his own peril. An Astropath would be nice but not essential for only two small units.

    To be honest I'd minimize wargear in order to get some Vendettas in there with some SWS in them, the below list is from memory so forgive me if I have som points wrong. Basically I cut down on your war gear in order to exchange your sentinels for vendettas :

    CCS, 4GL, Chimera/HF 155
    3 Ratlings 30
    Vets, 3MELTA, Chimera/HF 155
    Vets, 3MELTA, Chimera/HF 155
    PCS, 4GL 50
    INF GL/AC 65
    INF GL/AC 65
    INF GL/AC Commissar 95
    SWS, DEMO, 3FL 70
    SWS, DEMO, 3FL 70

    LM Demolisher/HF 165

    The Infantry squads blob up if needed, that way you can do with only one commissar and they sit more solid if they need to hold on an objective.
    The SWS goes into the Vendettas and act as suicide units with their demo-charge and flamers and can do objective grabbing if they live that long, the Vendettas are excellent tankhunters. The Demolishers are personal preference, thy will kill anything including terminators and tanks. I managed to keep a few redshirt Ratlings in there
