    I fight a all infantry, no vehicle SM army alot and i needed an army which can field alot of plasma guns :mellow: . all suggestions are appreciated.

    I think it's a very good idea. I like the army list (though I am not the best reviewer of this type of thing). Alos, I was thinkging that you might want to take another doctrine. I have scanned the pages of Codex IG and I have found one doctrine that might just be good: Close Order Drill. This doctrine costs absolutely no points so you can just say that you have it and use it whenever you want. Now I know that the +1 I is of no use but you can definitely benifit from the +1 Leadership. Also, this will be a pretty random force to play with. You're gonna have to constantly pray for good dice rolls, dreading 1's more than pretty much any other army. Other than that, I like it.

    Change some of your plasma for Missle launchers, same effect for MEQs, but better range. Always give squads a HW before a Special W. I love plasma, but it is short ranges compared to a ML. A good solution is to equip your squads with a ML and Plasma. Cameoleline and Light infantry are both good doctorines.

    You should drop one plasma gun in each command squad to add a medic. It will help keep your guys alive.
    BTW, what are you going to do against a Land Raider? You have almost nothing that can hurt armour 14.
