My primary opponets are orks and I am not sure that my Jr officers wargear are legal, please help me out this is my first army of 40K
Well ur list is legal but yea its a wate of points giving your officers both bolt pistols and storm bolters. Also if you are going against orks i would surgeast using storm troopers since their hellguns can get through most ork armour. I also recomend using a hell hound they are great against horde armies because you can put the flame template up to 24" where you have line of site so you can just sit back and burn a fair amout of orks before they get to you  . But yea if u dont have the models thats ok atleast you have the 2 heavy flamer sentinels and the 3 tanks whith ordanace which will come in handy. I havnt had much experience against orks but i know that using some stormies or a hellhound would help a fair bit against orks since you have a lack of basic troops.
BANEBLADE: HAMMER OF THE EMPEROR!
It's not legal, you cant have that weapon set on the J.O. That is 1 double handed weapon and 2 single handed, its illegal. You can only have 2 single handed or 1 double and 1 single handed.
In your HQ, Give the JO a power weapon, and the Commissar the Fist. Your HSO is an independant character, and so can be targeted. You at least want him to hit one time. I would move the Lascannon to one of your troops squads, and give the Command squad a Mortar and put out of Line of sight, otherwise the enemy with target them fast.
Troops squad number one should drop the Melta, and go with a Grenade Launcher or Plasma. The short range anti tank doesn't jive with Autocannon.
I would also drop the flamer in HB squad. It is too short ranged to work against Orks.
It has been my experience that the Techpriest are a waste of points and money ( although they are cool looking model ). If you do use them, take 4 technical servitors and and put them in base contact between your Bassie and a Russ. That way your Russ blocks the Bassie, and if either tank needs fixing, the Techpriest is in base contact with both, and can fix on a 2+.
Nothing wrong with the Heavy Support, but I would drop the Heavy Flamers for Heavy Bolters. If you are in range to use the Heavy Flamers, there is something very wrong.
Just a point to consider: If you drop the three commissars, you could have a Hellhound and another Flaming Sentinal. I would also use Drop Troops on the Sentinals.
