    Nothing really wrong here but I would rather use a chaplain.

    Elites
    Dreadnought: 133

    This needs a drop pod or it'll never make it into close combat. And lascannons don't go well with dreadnought ccw. Either have lascannon+ML or Assault cannon+Dreadnought CCW


    Troops
    Tactical squad: 151
    7 man squad
    terminator honours
    Missile Launcher
    Flamer
    ooooh big mistake. Never put heavy weapons and assault weapons in the same squad. Get rid of the flamer as they iare useless on models that move 6". Also, terminator honours are no good in a squad that will probably never see CC so get rid of them.

    See above. For this whole troops section i would rather have 2 squads of 5 with a ML and 1 large drop pod squad with a power-fisted sergeant and a melta-gun. (could use one of those flamer guys as a marine with a melta-gun)

    This squad is a bit small, boost it up to 10 and powerfist the sergeant instead and get rid of the st shield. Its useless. Also, you may consider attaching it to a HQ choice with a jump-pack for maximum damage.

    Excellent, no prblems here


    Heavy Support:
    Devastator squad: 195

    You might as well max out plasma cannons and make it a 8 man squad.

    Get rid of this and invest the points in paying for my above suggestions and more marine squads.

    Chaplain is unavailable - and I won't proxy anything.
    (a matter pf principles; I don't fight with unpainted or proxied stuff...)

    For the same reason drop pods are not available either - that and my deep-strike rolls have a tendency to be drastically low...
    (seriously, every time I used it they never arrived before turn 5, and when they did, they scattered on to an obstacle or enemy, and I wasn't even that close to it...)

    No drop pods???!!! The guy's insane!!!! Someone kill him!!! :p

    No seriously, if you don't use drop pods you're really giving yourself a big disadvantage. If you're really rich you can buy the forge world models but the cost a hell of alot.

    As for deep-striking bad luck well drop pods eliminate the danger of losing your squad to difficult terrain or landing in the middle of an enemy squad so theres one less danger for you.

    Well you don't actually have to buy drop pod models. There are dozens upon dozens of templates online. Just print them off and consruct them yourself.

    Yeah, those of Ezekiel are nice, I use them to, and beleive they worked out great. And for the Proxy-thing, just cut of the barrel beaneath the flamer and it IS a meltagun, its the only difference, that stupid barrel....
