This is my current Angels Incarnate (Blood Angels) army. This is ALL that I have in terms of pieces so I tried my best to put together something good. I've used it before and its pretty good but I'm open for suggestions on how to make it more effective etc. The Librarian is always attachted to the Assault Squad.

I understand you have limited models. So, the main issue I have with this list is the Chaplain with a thunder hammer. Thunderhammers are badass, yes, however you should take advantage of the chappy's high initiative (5, 6 on the charge). You probably already know that you are maxing everything out to make up for points, so thats all the 2 cents i have. Good luck!
Ya. About 2 minutes after I made the list I decided to switch the thunder hammer and bolt pistol to dual lighting claws. That way he rerolls "to hit" and "to wound" and he will get to first in most cases. *List edited*

okay i know you probably dont have the models for all this but here are my suggetions
HQ okay well first you probably dont need 2. yes there badass i can understand that but we all ready have a hell of alot of points on hq in the first place
He dosnt need lightning claw as he alreay has a power weapon just give him a pistol and jump pack and termie honours and maybe the grail and his set
Thias guy you dont really need (read above statement)but he is good at takeing out hive tyrants and deamon princesbut his equipment is fine (does he have a physic power? i think we get might of heros or what ever for free now or whatever the one that gives us +D3 attacks)
these seem to be very weird combos
Squad 1the wepons are all good in thuis except the sergent this squad shoundnt be in combat so it wont need the power fist and he probably wont use the plasma pistol just give him a combi plasma bolter.
Squad 2:a melta gun and lascannon dont go together at all as you never be useing one of them if you want a shootie squad just have a sergent with termie honours and a bolter
Fast Attack: this squad is nice but maybe swap the lightning claws for a power fist?
Heavy: this is a good unit but i dont think we can get tank hunters as we already have a special skill but i maybe wrong

I know your not really looking for this, but if u want long term advise, in a blood angles army tatcial marines are almost worthless, first off you cant give them CCW and BP second if u sit back and shoot u risk lossing a turn or more of shooting via randomly charging forward. Now your thinking i know its my bigest problem, why is he stating the obviuos, and if you wherent thinking that now you are cuz theres a 95% chance ur reading silently (w00t) ok sorry. Any way i think scout are your best option. 1 or even 2 squard of scouts infiltrating. You can place your scout up to 12 inches away if your aponent cant see you. or 18 if theres slim picken as far as tarrain goes. But any way. These two squards will form the larnching point for your assults. Now going to battle with at least one tatical squard is farly sudical, so i think drop poding in would be a nice way to use some of those tactical marines. They give good fire support, pop in a metla and PF and your set to rampage upon your aponent. On the librarain ditch the master crafted weapon to many points for such a poor effect. And quiet frankly chappies with lighteing claws is bad ass dont mess with him hes ready to rampage. So i think you should form both those tactical squads into a 10 man squad with drop pod, metla pf, buy 12 scouts or so.. Remeber to upgrade your scouts with either a powerfirst or powerweapon. Its escally nice for death company. Free power ammor Free 4+ 2 less points to become a vertian.. its 4 points that could go somewhere else. My scouts seem to do best with 6 men in them, not sure why, but if you get a deth copany member, you want to at least have a 5 man squad to start off with. A Ball would be nice, to being you to an even 1500. If you can find the points a land speeder with multi metla would be a nice addision to this force. Talk about a lightening fast assult. On the libarian id also ditch the familiar, 6 when you charge should be enough. If the librian became a non hero/monsterus chreater killer, and chocused on killing body gaurd members, you could give a SGT a powerfist, and cast might of heros on him. This would allow D3 extra attacks, On your sgt would get 4 when charging youd get anywhere from 5 to 7 power fist attacks that turn, pretty terrifying combo. I like the swift and all out assult style of your amry, with the improved troops, and baal youd have a pretty compedative army. Be fun to assult with scouts on the first turn eh? (rolling ones to booster your move distance) 2 6 man scouts with power weapon sgt = 202 so the difference (including 10 man droppers) would be +100 points. Im not sure how much a baal is butt with tweaks to your points you could fit it in, for 1500 Good luck
Ya. The only problem I have is that I have no money. What I'm in the process of doing is buying jump packs for all my existing tactical marines and making some more assault squads. I'm saving up as much money as I can to get some scouts and a Baal. So at least I'm on the right page. The only reason I have the Librarian with jump pack and familiar is to take out my freind's daemon prince and 4 obliterators. I love the dual lighting claws on my chappie, the power weapon is cool, but being able to reroll not only "to hits" but also "to wound" just makes him incredible. I have other power weapons in my death company from taking my veteran seargents out of my tact sqauds if I get the roll, so i might as wel give the chappie something different. He's allready 210 points to begin with so whether I like it or not hes allready point heavy, so I might as well make him worth the points. Thanks for the tips
