Overall, you only have a single anti-tank unit, the dreadnought. This is a very fragile vehicle, especially in a 1500 pt. list where an opponent will probably have an assortment of weapons with which they can blow you away. My advice is to drop a few PAGKs, maybe making the squad sixe 8 or something, and either upgrading the dread to a LR, or get another dread altogether.

With the third squad, you can move it to Fast Attack as you would already have your 2 troops coices filled. With FAGKs, you don't have to DS them, but you can still put them out last giving you more tactical flexibility. If you do intend to DS them, you should keep the squad size at its maximum.

With the remaining PAGK squads, if you want to keep them for cc support, they're fine, buut if you want them for fire support, drop the numbers down to 5 or 6 and replace the incinerators with psycannons.

I agree you need more anti tank, that one Dread will have to work really hard, and be lucky. One more Dread would be good.

Since it looks like you are walking these fellow around, the incinerators are a bad choice, and would definatly change them to Psycannons or just have Storm Bolters.

Phoenix Guard's suggesestion of making one squad a Fast attack choice is really good as well.

Yeah, lose the incinerators, move one to fast attack even if you aren't going to deepstrike.
Get some psycannons, and lose the termies for another dread. That's my 2 cents.

So, I will lose all of those Incinerators, by replacing them with Psycannons. Also, I guess that I will add a Dread, with a Lascannon and Missile Launcher. With that, I will also drop the Termys and make a squad of PAGK an FAGK. Also, all of the GK Squads will be reduced by 2 lads each, which will be a decent points sink for the extra Dread.

    GARBAGE!

(Not really, but now I have your attention no?)

Where'd all your pts go? I can with 500 extra pts take 5 full size PAGK squads, 2 Standard Dreads (AC/DCCW Rocks) and a good HQ with a Retuine.

Where'd you spen all your pts, the extra weapons, the tooled up retuine, the Dread(s)

You got lots of goodies in there, but you know what they say, 'Too much of a good thing is a bad thing'!

Personally, I'd make the PAGK squads full size with no/very little goodies, Keep the Dreads Strandard which is useful to march forward 6" a turn blasting away. The HQ and Retuine seem odd to me, a Psycannon alongside a TH/SS setup? I'd even go as far as to move the termies to tan elites slot for deployment flexibility.

Course, why would anyone listen to the crazy guy who paints his Grey Knights Orange?

    Mike
