Hmmm your list needs a lot of help. Ive got to run now, but ill be back for it.
Quick note though, you cant have terminator assault squads as command squads.
Mentor of Space Marine Commanders far and wide.
Efficiency VS Point Cost VS Ease Of Use - Your best bets:
1) Chaplain led Assault squad - 2 plasma pistols, powerfisted sergeant
2) 8 man Devastator squad - 4 missile launchers
3) Land Speeder Tornado - HB + AC

The Master, not too good in combat or shooting. Can Terminators even take combi weapons?, SoS and a powerfist makes him a c.c or anti-big thing killer, personaly I would go SoS and Storm Bolter
Initiative 5 is not to be wasted.
His command squad, as Chaos said, its illegal. LC are better than TH+SS but command squads must have P.fist and S.Bolter.
You have the Elite spot to use that Squad, the Charecter would just have to attatch as an Independant Charecter.
Asmodai is scary which can help, I dont mind him. Who is he going to traipse the battlefield with?
Plasma Dreadnougts are cool, you are probably still better off with a TLLC or Assault Cannon thought, plus extra armour and smoke launchers.
If you take the Vet Sgts from the Tactical Squads you save over 100pts. Close combat leaders in shooting (lascannon etc) squads arent brilliant. Plus stubborn isnt too useful for units with Intractable for Free. If you want to do close combat I recommend an Assault Squad or a 10 man Tactical Squad with a p.fist sgt and melta gun, possibly in a drop pod.
Shooty Scouts can do OK. Sniper rifles arent worth the points unless taken en masse. Again the Vet Sgt is almost completely pointless, if you want a block and teleport support, Close Combat Scous will do the trick they can go into combat and have the Termies come in behind them outside of LoS where theyre safe. Especialy useful for Assault Terminators as they dont have shooting on the turn they arive.
I would split the Bikes, a Multi-melta and a Heavy Bolter will often be at cross purposes (one wants to shoot Gaunts one wants to shoot the Hive Tyrant). As they tend to require ap2 at range few opponets will use the heavy weapons needed to kill them.
Ravenwing LST's are kicking, a free 6+ invulnerable, plus its an LST with Assault Cannon.
My Whirlwind rarely lets me down, its a good buy for 85pts, if you are facing heavy armour its worth bearing in mind that you can swop it for annother Attack Bike with Multi-melta.
Full Lascannon Predator, what it shoots at should die, your only other armour is a Dread however so I dont seeit livving that long. Smoke Luanchrs and extra armour would be worthwhile. Some peopple will say give it Sponson Heavy Bolters so it can move and fire, but Lascannon and H.Bolters are suited to differnt targets anyway and with good deployment you wont need to move in the short time you live.

Just to add to what Wings had to say...
I don't mind a tooled up sergeant model in a relatively shooty tac squad (as CC enemies will rush that squad), but I don't think the plasma pistols are a good idea. Correct me if I'm wrong, but for the same cost, you can give those veteran sergeants powerfists instead which double their STR and don't blow up in their faces.
I'd think about dropping the sniper rifles too. 3 of them statistically won't be enough to dent most things you shoot at.

5 Man Squads with Heavy Weapons really arent the place for close combat Sergeants, they have too few models in the way of him and greatly exacerbate the cost.Originally Posted by DEADMARSH
I only took Plasma Pistol Sgts with powerfists to in 7 man squads with Plasma Guns and Plasma Cannons (I was playing alot of Death Guard and bolters dont do squat).
