Im looking for the good shooting army in long range. I like FEARLESS, night operations and terminators.
Definetly this army must to be one from space marines, daemonhunters or witch hunters.
My plan is :
The best long range units in rear, 2 units of troops with good def and shoting to defend rear long fire units, 1 good close combat unit or maybee inought troops for eliminating heroes and other tought stuff, maybe some fast good shooting in flanks and 1 good heavy unit to fear the oponent and be tought.
I do not like to move a lot, i like to wipe out oponent in range and if he be lucky to reach my front lines, then here must waiting something fearsome to his unlucky units.
For what terminators are usefull, the best what they can do? Assault with close combat weapons, medium range assault weapons, long range weapons i didnt found for them, or some kinde of mix weapons?
For me the terminator 2+ save looks very fearsom in any range.
What you think about VINDIKARE ASSASINS squad 3 of them or separate.
I have analised most of the codexes and found that i have second and some third edition codexes, second edition rolebook. Before to by codex i like to know some info about the race what im choosing.

I have readed a specifications for VINDIKARE ASSASIN and i think that it worth of 3 lascannons or 2 twin linked lascanons.
Good ap, perfect to hit ratio, perfect range and he can choose the target an cost only 110pt.
Maybe im missing something?

I agree with Wulf on this one, sounds like Dark Angels would be good for you.
As for terminators, they CAN be useful, but they are expensive and thus you really have to utilize them well to make their points back. I probably wouldn't use them in less than 2000pts, unless you were going Deathwing (all terminators). For their loadout, I'd recommend 2 assault cannons. They are great weapons. I'd definitely stay away from assault terminators though. And you'd need some sort of transportation, whether you teleport in or drop-pod in. Slogging across the board to get into firing range is no fun.
I'm not sure I understand you on the Vindicare. Did you ask about taking squads of them? I have never used one and dont know the rules, but I'm pretty sure you are limited on the number of them you can have in your army list. Probably 1. But I doubt very seriously (unless the rules have changed A LOT) that you can have a squad of them.
Try the Dark Angels Codex. I bought one off Amazon for $4.

Sorry your right, you can field only one VINDICARE ASSASIN, i haved looked at DEATH CULT ASSASINS there you can have a unit of 3 models.
Then left 2 armies :
1 DARK ANGELS (long range profesionals)
2 SPACE WOLVES (close combat profesionals) i very like this race for VENERABLE DRADNOUGHT and TRUE GRID, they have bonus in night fights.
1 DARK ANGELS - from what i must to start? I have an info what DA DREADNOUGHT can get a PLASMACANNON for only 10pt? What is the best units for all my needs?
2 SPACE WOLVES - how to make them as long rangers and still be the winner in most games?
1) Get Dark Angel Codex, then check the sticky of Space Marine articles, which includes the latest update on Dark Angels. Then start getting your models.
2) Dont try to make the Space Wolves into long rangers. It's not fluffy and it doesn't play to their strengths. They live to get up close and personal with their foes and then tear them apart.
3) Or there's another option: Buy the Space Marine Codex, create your own chapter using the traits system and you can make them into long-range specialists.
