Firslty, this should go into the Srmies > Space Marines forum, not the Space Marines > Space Marine Army Lists forum. Excpect it to be moved.
As for your question. Yes, you could have a Terminator Character and A Terminator Assault Squad inside a Land Raider Crusader and a group of squads in Drop Pods. The LRC has to be a Heavy Support choice, the character and squad are a HQ and an Elite choice respectively, and you also need at least two tactical squads to make it a legal army. This minimum (5 man squads, no equipment) would be costing you 800+ points, and qualified as possible the most extreme "Mr-All-Your-Eggs-In-One-Basket" army. Even though the basket is armour 14 all round, that doesn't mean it is a sure thing to survive against even the minimum amount of anti-tank in a 1,000 point army for at least 2 turns. Such an army would either win big, or lose big.
