I would break down the last 2 squads, the sscouts are giving you assault support so these could be assault support, I would make them 6 man squads and give them a razor with TL las, give one squad memeber an ML or LC and another a plasma and a naked vet sgt for DC
Dev Sq (10 men) vet sgt w/ pf, 4ml...................260
ditch, but doing the above you get much better anti tank, use the spare points for another Baal and an LST
    'Baal' Pred hb, ea, sl........................................128
    fine
    Whirlwind.........................................................85
I would replace with an LST
Everything you have been told is a lie!

CHeredanine gave you quite good advice, but I must emphasize... Get rid of the devastator squad! They are sucking up plenty of points and if you fail your black rage roll, thats no weapons firing this turn! Which statistically means... Large waste of points!!

I would replace the dev squad with a nice tooled up assault squad, and if you have any extra points maybe add in a couple more marines.

    Land speeder tornado.

I wouldnt bring rihnos to a games day tourney.

You only have 5 infantry squads to pull from for death company, youll average: between 8 and 9 it would be better if you averaged around 10.

The first vetern sgt should be given a powerfist, all other powerweapons (in death company)

Generally, as you know who your opponent will be, you might take two powerfists if your going up against say - necrons or nids.

I suggest you add 4 scouts and make 3, 8 man squads with veteran sgts and powerfist.

This is quiet a lot of assault - and a fair amount of squads to pull from.

Another assault squad would be nice.

LST = Land speeder tornados, and they are Blood angles best friend.

i disagree on the lst advice because for one there only av 10 so that means they can be glances by str 4 and if there glanced that means they dont shot but a whrilwind sits back and lobs shells at any infantry with large template which means its better IMO

I agree with mikes, the whirlwind is good against swarms and mobs and also guard and equiv. The are pretty average against marines but don't need to kill much to gain their points back.
If you want to take a tact sqd in a rhino for a fast hit take a vet sgt with a PW or PF to compliment them.
    Definately drop the devs.
Take an assault sqd so you can pincer with the DC. Although the DC hit hard they are significantly better first turn on the charge so you don't want them bogged down. The assault squad can give you more options and will allow you to support the DC until the rest of your force arrives. It also give you flexibility if you need to capture objectives and allows you to keep the in reserve if you want to try your hand at combat drops.
In an hour of darkness a blind man is the best guide. In an age of insanity look to the madman to show the way.
