The plan is the Librarian goes with the assault squad and turns the vet Sgt into a real killer.
The infilitrating squad and the two scouts will cause problems up front with the Devs, Dreadnought and Squad 2 providing fire support. The terminators I'm not quite sure of. I was thinking of teleporting, but I'm wary of them scattering so would people advise me getting a homer probably with one of the scout squads?

You may want to take the heavy bolter out of tac. squad 1 as it will be trying to get into close combat and try to get more bodies into the assault squad so it will last longer. I not a huge fan of plasma pistols on powerfisted sgts(too many points for a single wound model). Other than that, good list.
The reason for the Heavy Bolter in the Tac squad was another Heavy weapon close up very quickly and if it doesn't shoot then I'm not all that fussed about losing that shot. Either way depending on various factors I think that there will be games he will make his points back and much more very quickly.
I'm not keen on the Plasma pistol either, but I figured it upped the potential for the squad.

if u drop them u could take up another tac squad and scout squad
Lib needs Terminator Honours (more attacks for force wep yippee!) and some sort of invulnerable save. Might want to consider a familiar to get his I up so he insta-kills ppl's HQs first.
ur troops need some work. Don't mix roles and weps for tacs. HB+meltagun is a poor combo. Either ditch the HB and give the squad a PF sgt + drop pod for in-close work or make ur tacs into smaller fire support squads. Read Chaosbrynn's Tactical Squad tactica plz.
Assault squad - 9 men at least coz in 1500pts they WILL suffer casualties from shooting and u want more attacks and more bodies eh?
Devs lascans are too expensive - 4 MLs with the tank hunter skill is more pts effective. Put those lascans in fire support tac squads.
ur scouts are in too small squads to survive long. id recomment taking 1 big CC squad, maybe with a PF Sgt.
I appreciate the help but no point doing Drop Pods when I have infiltrate. I don;t tend to min and max so 10 men squads get one heavy and one special. As I said the only reason for the HB to be there is to maybe make his points back. The squad is True gritted up hence the MG.
Can't use a familiar with a jump pack.
Can't get Tank Hunter with the Devs - I'm Blood Ravens.
Reason for the Termies is they are painted up and this is to be useable after some minimum extra painting. It won't be the set list as I'll have a Company plus extras when all is said and done.
