Welcome to Librarium Online!
Hello fellow Inquisitors,
Bellow is a roster that I developed for this Saturday. It is based on my newly expanded unit selection (=][=) and uses what I painted so far (the Exorcist will be still proxied with a Whirlwind). I am looking for cold-hearted criticism:
- Canoness (Jump Pack, Cloak of Saint Aspira, Master-Crafted Sword, Mantle of Saint Ophelia)
- =][= with 2 Heavy Bolter Servitors, 1 Plasma Cannon Servitor, 2 Sages, 1 Acolyte (no upgrades here!)
- Sisters Squad - 11 Bolter Sisters (Krak Grenades) with Veteran Sister Superrior (Bolt Pistol, CCW)
- Sister Squad - 9 Bolter Sisters, 2 Storm Bolter Sisters with Veteran Sister Superrior (Bolt Pistol, CCW)
- Retributor Squad - 4 Heavy Bolter Sisters, 2 Bolter Sisters, 1 Imagifier, 1 Veteran Sister Superior (Bolter)
- Immolator (Heavy Flamers, Extra Armor, Smoke Launchers)
- Exorcist (Extra Armor, Smoke Launchers)
1000 points even. The problems I might see above - too few sisters? Only 5 faith points? Thanks in advance!
PS. I also have almost 10 Seraphims, Celestians (melta guns), more sisters if needed, on-foot Cannoness, some flamers but these are not painted yet...

hmmm your exorcist doesn't need smoke launchers....you should ideally be shooting every turn.
I don't think your sisters need krak grenades, instead why not try giving them meltaguns instead.
Finally I don't think your cannoness needs the mantle, instead replace her power sword with a blessed weapon, it's only like a 5pts increase. in addition the acolyte doesn't do much so you might want to get rid of him to give your inquisitor some kit.
in general I think your list is workable, though pease do invest in some meltaguns. At this moment I see the exorcist being your key model, if thats taken out you are going to be dominated should you be fighting against tanks.
Dude, this goes in the WH army lists forum. Repost it there and you'lll get a proper response.
I am sorry - you are right. Can a moderator please move it over? If not I will open a new post there, but I do not want to create even more chaos (Chaos? ?!? Burn!!!)...

I think its definately a workable list. I do agree that I'd try to give the Troop squads meltas but that's standard with me.
You certainly have more long range supposrt than a Sisters army usually has: I think you could take good advantage of this.
"The sword that takes life gives life."
As above, I think ditch krack add melta, the other concern is the immolator which is gonna get all the residual fire from anti tank stuff, be very tempted to ditch and look for mroe sisters in teh 2 troop squads
Everything you have been told is a lie!
If you want more long range support giving the immolator twin-linked heavy bolters may come in useful, it certainly means less chance of vehical blowing up getting close and in the end you may be able to use it as a last turn objective rusher.
A 12" moving twin-linked multi-melta is very good as well, it would probably garentee any tank destroyed.
I think that codex states that it only works with Flamers, with MM you can still only move 6 if you want to fire them (if that is what you meant)... MM on the Rhnio chassis would attract a lot of attention though... but maybe my Sisters would live longer because of that Other ideas were also pretty good - I placed one melta gun in each squad (not a lot but I had very few points to spend)...Originally Posted by Heiromyo

absolutley, the move over 6 inch and fire only applies to flamers
Everything you have been told is a lie!
Thats not what I meant......though i guess thats one way to interperate it the way i wrote. What i meant was that it can move 12" one turn to get closer and behind some terrain and jump out the turn after. But just having a weapon like that moving at that speed may be useful.
