first of all, put your speeders in seperate slots in the FoC. It will protect them from much harm as overkill will not take the others down.
i don't really get why you take 8 and 10 men in obviously shooty squads. those are imo wasted.
shooty squads are mostly enough with 6 men in it. really assault ones are best with 8 or 10 men. maybe replace some of the excess men into a new squad if possible, a more cc oriented?
You should check the pointcosts of several squads imo. i think they are a bit of.
the epistolary comes for me at 190
the devastator squad is 10 points short somewhere.
the scout group is 2 points cheaper i think.
Multimelta's are strong, i hope you get to capitalise them with the infiltrating skill. mixim them with missilelaunchers is strange, as those have double the range of the melta's.
a list that looks like fun but static. the librarian will be slow to reach combat as that's where he exells. i guess you send him along with the veteran squad?
The epistolary is the right points I just checked with your suspicion.
Tweaked list in a few areas not many changes though.
By the way if you think I should take transports I must warn you they take up a fast attack selection if I do because of flesh over steel.
Also I made the vindicator a whirlind.

I'm a big fan of having 8-10 units on even shooty squads where applicable, just in case they end up in CC a 10 man Tac Squad can hold out 2 rounds vs. just about anything and 3 rounds in most cases. But I would recommend that you reduce the headcount in the missle launcher tac squad with Tank Killer skill. Your basically paying extra 3 points for 8 marines that don't get much bennie out of it. Drop 3 or 4 guys you prolly wont miss anyways most likely.
Then you'll have enough points to slap a melta gun on a marine and Vet Sgt with Fist in the Veteran squad. That shouldn't upset what you were going for and make you able to deliver just a bit more pain in CC. Plus that squad will have some AP firepower till they can close to Assault.
Just a thought, but you are spending 3 points each on a ten amn tac squad to make one missile +1 strength. Wouldn't you be better off just buying a lascannon straight up?
