Basically, hte marines would be used in a tau-ish way, either as a static unit (in cover, probably in the center) to form a base around, or to drive up to the enemy and rapidfire them, while recieving the charge reasonably well (wouldn't do this to genestealers or anything like that). The dreads act as general firepower units, probably staying pretty close to the marines, and the one with the missiles stays a little bit farther and uses the fact that both the missiles andt he AC are good weapons against almost anything. The tanks take on enemy tanks first, then switch to heavy infantry later on. The razorbacks try and use the fact that there are so many tanks to dilute firepower against them, and use their heavy bolters to destroy enemy infantry.
the only thing i would recommend is drop the dread's because they wont be able to keep up with the army and give your serg's pistols instead of bolters
They have bolters because of TYBB, bolt pistols would only give them more attacks if they were charging, which I wasn't planning on and the dreads should be able to keep up because things will only be moving six inches a turn when actually firing.
I would give the HQ two Meltas instead of Plasmas so you can assault, and make the squad a full squad of ten for meat, of course you have to put them in a Rhino instead of the Razor back.
Drop the Powerfists on the troop squads and just go with the two Plasma guns. You don't need a vet sgt for those squads. Add more troops to each squad instead.
I would make one Dread Venerable with TLLC/ML and Tank Hunters. Make the other an AC/CCW version.
It is important to keep your squads focussed on one particular task. Is the squad anti-troop shooty? Is it an assaulting squad? Don't equip a squad for all types or they will get too expensive.
As far as the preds go, I would take one like you have them, one with sponson Lascannons and then add a Whirlwind instead, for some decent and cheap indirect fire.
My two bits.....
Edit: Choasbrynn and Victor have a couple of really good articles to read on this type of army if you haven't yet read them.

I would drop one of the Hvy choices, and make one of the dreads an anti-tank dread w/TLLC and ML. Beef up ur squads to 8 men apeice as towards the end of the game they will be one of the few scoring units available to you and the need some survivuability.
Another cool idea is to drop pod a ven AC/CCW dread. This would allow that dread to get some rear armor shots. This also allows you to wreak havoc to enimes lines and contest objectives. The armies that this would be most effective againist are Tau, Eldar (wacthout for brightlances), and IG cause as soon as you get into CC they can't hurt you.
