hi, as Harcastle says, rather difficult to read, try putting some line breaks in there.
Like the name, matches IA3s army, but as an army, it should have a number of corps, each made up of a number of regiments, each made up of a number of companies, what you have here, for example, could be 3rd Company, 17th Cadian, XXX Corps, 1492 Army (or in fact part thereof)
    HQ
    Command Platoon-252
    Command Squad-92
Heroic Senior Officer, Master-Vox, Standard, Medic.
fine, consider giving ti a mortar so it can pin stuff and keep out of sight and provide moral. Also a JO with an Honorifica would save you some points
    Fire Support Squad-80
    3 heavy bolters
    Fire Support Squad-80

A little useless, heavy Bs are not very effective against MEQs which most people have, you need more power, also, if you have heavy bolters they are better in the squads as they fire at similar targets to lasguns
    Troops
    Infantry Platoon-475
    Command Squad-50
    Junior Officer, Vox
upgrades and wargear, give the officer atleast a power weapon, throw some special or heavy weapons into the squad
    Infantry Squad-85
    Heavy Bolter, Meltagun, Vox

    Infantry Squad-90

again, throw special weapons into the squad, pair them up better, the heavy bolter is the most infantry heavy weapon and the melta gun is the most anti tank special weapon, this is bad

give the russ extra armour and make clear what heavy bolters, hull mounted and sponsons? prefer the standard Russ for more range myself.

Sheer weight of numbers will give you some good results, but the army can be improved upon, good try for your first cut though
Everything you have been told is a lie!

Not to burst your bubble dude, but I think that the
'1492 imperial guard army' was the points used and stuff, not the actual name of the unit, but I could be wrong as well....

Other than that, it looks good. You may consider switching the autocannons for rocket launchers, they seem to be a bit more useful.

good list, but make specialized teams for your weapons. ex:
    infantry sq: melta gun, vox.

ignore a heavy in that as you can move it. also think about a chimera and instead using an imperial fist squad for your up close and personal in your face melta power (you can take 2 melta guns instead... plus a demo charge, which is the best upgrade in the game lol)

with the heavy weapon platoons, i would take them out and put the weapons in squads. it costs a lot (as in currency) but you have (realistically) 9 wounds befor you lose your HW. + you can take grenade launchers, which rock.

also think about hellhounds. good mobile anti-infantry. plus marines cant make saves against these for crap. (they have a save, yes. can they make the save? not usually) + its s6. mmmmm juicy

depending on the style of army you're playing, maybe some sentinals or a basalisk. its a good list, but kind of organize it a bit better, and specialize your squads. mad props and repost what you do with it!

Imperial Fist squads have the same limitations as a normal line squad. One special and one heavy only. You might be getting them confused with special weapons teams, which can potentially take 2 meltas and a demo charge, but no transport.

    RE the list itself:

The medic should definitely be dropped from the Command HQ.

Drop one of the Fire Support squads and start putting special weapons in your line squads. Plasma is generally good paired with anything, however grenade launchers can be quite effective when teamed with a heavy bolter in a line squad. General rule of thumb when pairing up specials and heavy's is to try and match AP's so a squad can focus on a certain type of target.

Meltaguns in line squads are generally bad. Having such a short range really limits their effectiveness. Leave meltaguns for stormtroopers or deepstriking hardened veterans.

You should probably be looking at close order drill and iron discipline as two must have doctrines for your army. Combined, these doctrines can make it very hard for an opponent to break any of your squads due to casualties. Whats more, they cost very little points, CoD infact being free.

Your Infantry Platoon command squads are a little bare, I'd put at least a heavy bolter in each. A set up that works for me generally is JO with stormbolter, 2 Guardsmen with Grenade launchers and a heavy bolter. This squad is relatively cheap in points, puts out a great amount of fire, and if forced to reposition, can still put out 4 good strength shots at 24 inches.
What Guardsmen dont want to hear...

Gawd the imperium most be suffering form over population or something, cause that is ALOT of troops

Just a question? : with all these troops, isn't it easier for your opponent to attack your lines, i take it the Vox's are cause you'll be soooo spread out?

I like the idea of having a command line followed by all the rest with 12" in a semi-circle, that way you can sit in the far corner of a table and get a few extra shots at e,\m' before or If they make it to you

    Officer: "fire your flashlights"

enemy : Ahhh my eyes *fumble* *trip* *dead*

muuuuuch better! 100+ guardsman = neat! my thoughts though are once you move into the 1850 field, put HW in your command platoons except your senior officer (keep him hidden, you need his LD) and maybe thing about another master vox from another infantry command platoon. that way if your HSO dies, you still have LD 9 and not 7...great list though, id love to play it!
