This is based on the models I actually have, so I'm more looking for tweaking rather than for someone to write me an entirely new list. One of my friends plays tyranids, and I'm in a ladder league.
Junior Officer w/ honorifica, iron discipline
Platoon HQ Junior Officer w/ iron discipline
Squad w/. Heavy Bolter
Squad w/ Autocannon
Squad w/ EITHER Heavy Bolter or Autocannon (seeing the rest of my list, which should I use?)
Armoured Fist Squad
Chimera w/ multilaser, Hull Heavy Bolter, Pintle Mounted Heavy Stubber, Extra Armour and Smoke Launchers
Squad w/ A special weapon
165 + special weapon
Leman Russ w/ lascannon, Sponson Heavy Bolters, extra armour.
Total of about 700
Limitations: 2 missile launchers, 2 heavy bolters, 2 autocannons, 2 meltaguns, ~40 normal troopers, 1 russ w/ those weapons, and 2 officers.
Where should I add special weapons?
Close order drill
Junior officer w/ Honorifica Imperialis,
Iron Discipline, Power Sword
Platoon VII Command Squad
Junior officer w/ Iron Discipline
Platoon VII Squad I
Platoon VII Squad II
Platoon VII Squad III
Armoured Fist Squad
hull heavy bolter
pintle heavy stubber
Heavy Bolter Sponsons
swap you missile launcher to a lascannon and maybe one of you autocannons.
take the other autocannon and make it a heavy bolter instead.
remember this is only 750 pts you will not meet that much mech so it will be better to take some anti-infantry.
so 2 lascannons for any armor you might meet, 3 heavy bolters for infantry, 1 autocannon for light armor, 3 grenade launchers (small template pretty good against infantry), then 3 plasma for any heavy infantry you might meet(your command squad can also use special weapons).
and last thing once you go up in points remember support squads they are bad ass trust me

Thanks for the help, but I don't have the models to change the heavy weapons. With the heavy weps I do have though, which special weapons would you put where? I'm planning on having them all sit tight, shooting, and if needed my AF guys can hop in the chimera and drive off somewhere (objective?) Also, whould you suggest any changes in equipping my officers?

i am not sure how many points i told you to bye for i did not count them up, but you could just lose the leman russ and take a chimera or a bassilisk instead.
i can tell you to FAST get some more heavy weapons squads.
mech is the same as vehicles.
heavy infantry is marines and chaos
