Welcome to Librarium Online!
1 Brother Captain
-He is just there to fill a slot, nothing special to see here
8 Grey Knights-225
-Walking Squad, great for anti-troops!
5 Inquisitorial Storm Troopers-135
-Just here to present another armored target, and add 6 heavy bolter shots
1 Infantry Platoon-205
-Junior officer:Missle Launcher-55
-These for light armor i might face or heavy infantry
8 Grey Knights
-I will probably walk these most of the time
1 Dreadnought:TLLC/ML, Extra Armor
-The heavy anti-tank
``AAAAH looks good doc!`` This list looks solid but I would still ahev one PAGK maxed out, and deepstriking is REALLY good if you have teleprot homers on your I.S.T squad, why not give em meltas too? They are more ore less useless right now, and then theyll be able to bust tanks AND bring in grey knights. I like this list there are just too maany uselessness-es (phew) in this army.
The gold grey knight man. These are hardy men who like cheese.
Ever thought of how cheese was found?:
`` I say sah, the milk in this barrel smells foul!``
``Oooohhh, give it a go!``
''Quack, damn you!''

This is a nice list! There are two things that I think you need:
1) Special weapons on your ISTs. I know they're not doing much, ... but that's also the problem. Might as well give them something so that they can actually be productive!
1a) Get at least one more IST for a 6th member. That's one more IST to kill before you've given up victory points.
1b) I prefer the multilaser to the heavy bolter. Higher STR is better than lower AP, especially since you already have a hull HB.
2) A psycannon for the BC. This isn't as important as anything in (1), but the ability to always shoot 36"-range invulnuerable save-ignoreing shots is really, really good.
How you'd get points to do any of this ... I'm not so creative, unfortunately.
ninjabackhand: point and click, again, really? even after i give you an military term "shock tactic" you still call it point and click.

I could swap that Chimera Squad out for an 8 man PLasma Toting Rhino Storm Trooper Squad...and Give the Brother Captain a Psycannon...
I would say that if you want a Chimera in 1000pts, don't take an IG Platoon. An IG Armored Fist is cheaper and effective, as you can put a Heavy weapon on the Guardsmen inside. Then compliment that with 2 IST footslogging units with special weapons. That would allow the PAGK to become FAGK (even if they aren't DSing).
I agree with a couple of pts.
Put two Plasma Guns in your IST Squad, give the BC a Psycannon, drop the Chimera and Dread so you have no armor at all, and give all of your IG Squads Lascannons and Plasma Guns. Then you should be able to max out your IST squad and your PAGK squads.
Use the Grey Knights and IST's for the Anti-troop, the IG for anti-tank/MC role. The enemy Lascannons/Railguns/Brightlances and Melta weaponry will essentially be wasted.
In small games especially I like to take no armour at all.
